This is a message for the owners of this business. I’d like to share some feedback regarding the quality of drinks compared to the prices you charge. Your prices are the same or even higher than other similar places like Jenki Matcha, yet there’s barely any variety of milk, usually just regular or oat, and maybe one extra.

Another issue is the matcha, especially the iced one, which often/always comes clumpy and not properly mixed. This isn’t the staff’s fault, it’s clear they haven’t been provided with the proper tools, like a matcha whisk, which is essential for making it correctly.

Stepping into Nkora was an absolute delight! The vibe was simply great, creating a wonderfully cozy atmosphere, and I immediately noticed how clean and tidy everything was.
