The park is really amazing! You have loads of separate areas to enjoy: the pond, the wooded area, the green large patches to sit on, the area where dogs get to play, the Hackney City Farm with animals and a caffe at the back, all the tennis and basketball courts, football pitches etc. The park is cared for by a long standing park ranger and that shows in the care. He is retiring in Spring 2021 though... I only give it four stars because the playground is quite small. The neighbourhood has changed and there are loads of families with little children. Which is great! But it also means it often is quite busy. The good news is that the playground is being updated and expanded in for Spring 2022....

Hagerstown Park is an open space in Haggerston, in the London Borough of Hackney. It is bounded by Whiston Road (to the north), Hackney Road (south) and St Saviour's Priory, Queensbridge Road (west) and Goldsmith's Row (east).

The park was originally created in the 1950s and extended in the 1980s. It was carved out of an area of derelict housing, a tile manufacturer, and the old Shoreditch gasworks, which had been hit by a V2 rocket in 1944 and badly damaged. Today, it occupies 6 hectares (15 acres)

Haggerston Park contains a small but luxuriant nature reserve and a number of football pitches. The park, one of the few formal landscaped gardens in Hackney, was...

Smoked about 6 packs in here today … all straights. Yeah i’m loaded like that. Didn’t even make a dent. Few folks complained but i straightened them out.

I expect AI will be to human labor as Nuclear weapons have been to war - that is it changes little, outside of a few catastrophes and a general sense of ‘why are we doing this.’ An unemployed populace is a restless populace after all, though easy-to-sell solutions of how to fill our time may already exist. I wonder how much content we will consume before it feels like too much. If we simply grill in the park things should be better. Americans got that...

This park is located close to Hackney City Farm. I went to visit the farm with my kids, and just around the corner was this relaxing park. It had a very engaging play area, which my kids enjoyed. It also had a nice sports area, with tennis courts, and football pitches. It then opened up to nicely laid lawns where many people were just relaxing, while others were sunbathing. There was also people there having a party and the atmosphere was buzzing. I will visit again as we didn't get to see half of this park.
