I ordered the bulgogi rice, the meat tastes so weird and smells so strong, I wasn't going to leave any bad review, but it's been hours later, and I feel sick every time I remember the taste.
answer to the owner: The only thing that doesn't make sense is how offended and rude you are to my feedback. No restaurant is perfect, and I did not complain about everything, as you can see I still left a positive note about service and I take that back now. Also, as you said, its my first review, so it proves I wouldn't come on here just to waste my time writing about one of the tiniest restaurants I have ever been to, for no reason. If I didn't eat the dish that I ORDERED and PAYING for, how else would I know or judge that it tastes and smells bad? sorry not sorry for taking my time before complaining. As a respectable person, I did not want to make that big of deal on a dish, but as the day went on I felt sick! and it was the only and last thing I ate that day. You don't tell me whats GENUINE and whats not. What a way to respond to customers, and if you search for my name, you'll see that I dined there more than twice for other dishes that I liked.
Also, this is not the first time that I ordered something that tasted bad, which was the shrimp gyoza. And when I did complain, this was the same reaction I received. I rarely leave reviews, but what happened during my visit to this restaurant was so unacceptable, it needs to be shared.
From the moment we sat down, the service was shockingly slow. We had to repeatedly get up and search for staff just to request a drink — something that should never happen in any half-decent establishment. When the bill came, I politely asked to have the service charge removed, as the service was clearly lacking and didn’t justify the added fee.
Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager came over and accused me of making up excuses to avoid paying. He then told us never to come back to the restaurant again. As we stood up to leave, he went a step further by loudly gathering his staff and announcing — in front of other customers — that we were never to be let in again, clearly trying to humiliate us.
This is, without doubt, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve never been spoken to or treated in such a disgraceful way by any hospitality staff. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to go elsewhere — there are plenty of other restaurants that actually value and respect...

We were told that pick up will be 30mins. There were 3 bags stapled together where the hot mee goreng container was sitting in the middle bag, in between the two sushi bags. Needless to say, the sushi bags were warmish. Got home to find that all the sushi rolls were either at room temperature or warmish - this was a little concerning.
Bar the Sashimi Salad and the Salmon Avocado Temaki (despite also being at a tepid temperature), the other rolls were bland and lacked lustre which was very disappointing. The tuna was soft and mushy. The Mee Goreng was still good.
