Olive 3 Pizza — Restaurant in London

I went there to get some food for my wife, my 14 month old son and myself. I have been there quite a few times. My wife goes there almost daily. I was told to wait 10 minutes as the chicken was not ready. The chicken cabinet was empty. It seems to be a regular occurrence if you go there in the evening. I specifically asked for three pieces of chicken, one leg and two thighs. After waiting over 40 minutes (and watching other people being served who came in after me) a young guy behind the counter decided to put a side breast before asking if I was ok with it. I said no. I specifically asked for one leg and two thighs. I then watched him remove the chips already contaminated back into the fryer. Hen the put two small pieces of chicken thighs so I asked him to change them for bigger ones. They were just too small compared to other shops. He then said that I was being ungrateful and that there were people out there starving. I was like 'what'? I am a paying customer and 'Is that how you talk to customers'? He then started arguing with me in a very aggressive manner. I told him I was holding a baby and to tone it down. He wouldn't listen so I told him to keep his food and I would go elsewhere. He then started shouting at me to get out of his shop saying that he owned the business. He was in effect challenging me to a fight. I would have obliged as I do martial arts but my baby son was with me and there were other customers in the shop and CCTV. I left in the endb but my wife knows the owner and will be speaking to him about this. She normally goes there with her friends...

Unacceptable customer service and delivery, don’t deliver on time. Offered me compensation on the day for the 2 hour delay in delivery from the day before, then denied me any recourse to the freebie accepted via comms for their dismeanor, hence this was followed by egging me on with a seesaw superfluous hoax from the word go, about the Battersea and tooting branch mixing up the order(I.e. the right hand not knowing what the left and is doing), major bunch of distasteful language used, ‘he said she said malarkeye’ used, just a bunch a regular greasy con artists. A definite no go and btw, the pizza and bbq buffalo wings were absolutely mediocre, thank you for ruining my evening appetite you globe trotters, I will starve tonight thanks to your empty promises of goodwill and uncanny gestures of fake kindness...

Finally got to this place as it is highly recommended on my phone.

I got the Olive 3 medium sized pizza. Just right on point! Very fresh, nice slightly crunchy base with that fresh out of the oven taste. Topping is supreme: olives, green peppers, aubergine, good tasting cheese and tomato sauce base with a special something with the broccoli added.

There are vegetarian options and an extensive menu and there is also a kid's menu as well as general meal deals.

Service is seriously on point. Good, all over! 100++ plus!

Seating is spacious and can accommodate a wheelchair. Entrance is also wide for a wheelchair to come through!

Overall a really worthwhile visit just to try...
