We went for a shopping in Stratford mall (Westfield) one of the best place to time pass, shopping, gaming, casino, and food as well.. In recent time in insta we are seeing about this rolling ice cream where we get the ice cream in a roll form. So we and our friends also want to try them, so when we are shopping at that time we see a couple of people we holding the same ice cream which where we discussing about.. so we fans the place where it was making The Pan-n-Ice where we found the rolling ice cream this is different to comparing with other ice creams. We have multiple options to select the flavour and other things , so we ordered the ice cream named The G.O.A.T which comes with ferrero rocher, kinder Bueno, Nutella and Oreo. Once we ordered we stay in the line and wait for our turn. One we reach the counter they start to take all the cookies, chocolates, and cream that we selected and start breaking them on a ice platform which looks soo different and kind of messy, once all the stuff got in to pieces they make them roll and place in a bowl and topping them with selected flavour of cream. The taste was good and the was excellent definitely worth of waiting and recommending to all the people to try at least once. But I will give 3stars for the service because the people who are working there was not helpful and not having a smiling face and a bit of attitude on the face which is not so friendly and not even helping in the menu. People who are trying something new they need a little help with the menu that where I did find I them. Service was bad but the taste of the food and presentation was excellent. Definitely recommended item.šŸ˜‹

Decided to check out Pan-n-Ice as a treat for me and my siblings after a day of non-stop walking in Westfield. The queue wasn't too long, and the cashier was very friendly and explained what bases they offered, how it worked - and was also very patient when I got out my card to pay with (Only downside being no signs saying Cards only - so if you're planning to pay with cash it's a no go!). I ordered the Cookie Dough, and my sisters ordered a Funfetti and Mint Oreo one for themselves. (I'll update with the names once I remember them again) I thought we'd be waiting a while, but I found my group called over quite quickly to one side. The woman making our ice-creams was very friendly, showed the ingredients she was using and - like the others making the ice-creams around the stall - prepared it all in front of us. It was honestly very interesting to see how it was all put together! She also kindly offered us toppings and extras, but in the end we only chose to add more rainbow sprinkles to my sister's funfetti one as her birthday was coming up. The ice-cream was absolutely delicious, lasted an incredibly long time and was definitely value for money! Overall? If they're still set up when I next go to Westfield, I'll definitely be getting some more!

As part of a kid's day out, we wanted to try the rolled ice cream for dessert after our visit to Nandos. Pretty busy, it took us a while to figure out the queueing system. You have to queue to order and pay. You get given your cups and join the second queue. When it's your turn, you hand over your receipt and cups to have you order made in front of you. From joining the first queue to receiving our ice creams took us 35 minutes. There were about 5 orders before us and all ordering multiples. Quite labour intensive, it takes about 10 minutes to make each ice cream. So, if you're ordering more than 2, you'll probably have to wait another 10 mins for the second 2 to be ready, etc. Staff are friendly and it is interesting to see the rolls of ice cream being crafted on the freezing surface. The cost per serving is on average £6.50 which is not cheap, but worth it at least once for the experience and kiddy joy factor. Could benefit from clearer queuing signage and being able to see the menu while queuing. The ordering process was slow because that's where people were seeing the menu for the first time and taking ages to decide and ask questions. Vegan options available.

We visited the Pan n Ice in Westfield Stratford. We didn’t know what all the long queues and fuss was about and thought to try it.

It really was the worst experience of ice cream and slow service, lack poor hygiene, no gloves, staff talking to one another and very slow!

Firstly, it is extortionately priced and we even were charged £2 per small bottle of water (3 bottles at an astounding £6!!).

Secondly, there were 3 of us and by the time we got the ice creams they were melting and collapsing from the top, sides and made mess. It was not hot and it was a cold day.

Thirdly, from my perspective ice cream is soft, creamy and luscious. This was hard, breaking into bits and nothing like ice cream and not for everyone.

I wanted to complain and get a refund as at a staggering Ā£24 for 3 small stubs and 3 small water bottles I felt robbed. I wouldn’t have minded if it had been worth the experience. Really don’t understand what all the fuss is about. My 11 year old nephew struggled with the tub of melting ice cream collapsing from all sides because the staff took so long preparing it and left it hanging from the sides.

I would much rather have spent my £24 in Hagen Daz and eaten it all year around. The worst experience ever and awfully terrible slow service that sent us off with ice rolls collapsing...
