Papa's Pizza — Restaurant in London

I asked for a doner and chips. The owner then asked me to pay £5.50 for it which I deemed to be reasonable, after waiting he then gave me just the doner minus the chips telling me that I didn't order them. 3 people heard me order a doner and chips, he then proceeded to say that there was a 50p service charge aswell, for which I was confused because the price he told me was not on the menu.

He then promptly told me to leave the shop and had zero customer service or compassion towards his customers.

I will never order from there again and I will ask my bank to cancel that payment because I was cheated out of my money.

Used to be my go to every week but disgusted with last few orders. Somehow always ended up sick the next day after eating the meat. We’re in 2019 and I was charged 20% extra for card payment and that too without my knowledge!? The owner just takes the card and touches it to his machine and boom the money’s gone before you can do anything about it.. It’s actually against the law to now charge for card transactions and I have reported it to trading standards. If you pay by card make sure you check how much your being charged. Refuse to pay if they try to over charge you. The attitude is disgusting lately. Really needs to be addressed before...

The pizza was average at best, there was no sauces with it which you would expect and the owner is insufferable. Me and my partner wanted to split the bill on a pizza we ordered but the owner was forcing it on one of us to pay saying that the card machine can’t go over over £6 which is complete BS. He then proceeded to force his views on us saying it’s only right that one of us pay and then the other can pay next time but guess what there is no next time! We wanted to sit down and eat but because of his attitude we just went back to our hotel. Seriously...
