Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in London

Must be one of the worst PapaJohns there is. The last two times ive ordered I did not receive the purchased extra dips. The next time I collected and stated that the last two times I hadnt received the extras I paid for and said make sure you add them to this order, he then insisted not to worry they were in the pizza box's. Well you could of guessed it, I went home opened the pizza box's and they were not there!

Well today I went again to collect my pizzas and this time didnt bother ordering extra sauces, anyway went to collect and the guy behind the counter was sort of dealing with an order and took cash not putting it through the till, the customer asked where is my change and he said dont worry one of the other members of staff will give him change he is just making a pizza. If this wasnt the owner, then something fishy going on there. Anyway I stood there for a couple min before he even bothered to look at me, his attitude was appauling and very unprofessional. I think this will be the last time I support...

Terrible experience and completely ineffective follow up by Papa Johns head office. Pizza was purchased whilst on the way home to Wiltshire. We were several miles away in Friday afternoon traffic when it was tried and tasted off - like rotten meat. Called the store but the phone just rang. I emailed customer services the following day and they fobbed me off with a 'you need to return to store' policy. Fine, but I explained that I was several miles away and the store weren't answering the phone so at the time I didn't now that was the policy. Reasonable enough? Apparently not. The response was anything but acceptable. Escalated to a customer services manager and the response was even worse - more fobbing off and hiding behind a ridiculous policy. We were looking for a Domino's but a Papa Johns came up first. Now I remember why we stopped using them several years ago. Better ingredients, better pizza? No. Utter rubbish. Back to Domino's...

Ordered from this branch before and never had a problem with their pizza but ordered last night and the reason for the three stars is the pizza was terrible.

The pizza has arrived squashed as if the driver was holding the pizza bag vertically. Pizza boxes are meant to remain flat!

I called up the store and spoke with the manager who was very apologetic and agreed to send us two new pizzas but as we had already waited I asked if he could give us something for next time which he agreed.

In most cases I'd have been fine with the outcome but to then eat the pizza and find out its not been fully cooked! The dough was raw and it was heavy. A pizza slice is usually only heavy when it's still raw or loaded with toppings! meaning there is still too much moisture in the dough.

Really dissapointed will be emailing...
