Went yesterday, Aug 4th at around 5 or 6pm maybe, I liked the ice cream but the staff or perhaps the manager on site, was rude, racist and unfriendly. Eating ice cream is about the experience, there are a ton of great ice cream shops in London, I would certainly not go back to a place that makes me feel that way even if their ice cream is good.

Something off about the portions, they asked if I wanted small or regular size, so I opted for the regular bigger size, the cup was so tiny, even though the girl right before me ordered a regular too, she had a massive scoop twice the size of mine, and when I asked the manager if she gave me the right size, she dismissed my question, and I noticed a series of facial expressions that I found to be inappropriate and unprofessional. These expressions appeared to communicate disrespect or mockery, which made the interaction uncomfortable and very embarrassing.

The place was not that busy, so there was no excuse for her poor behavior.

While I understand that communication can sometimes be misinterpreted, the nature of these expressions left me feeling [disrespected/embarrassed/frustrated]. I believe in maintaining a respectful and professional environment, and I felt that this behavior did not reflect those values.

Thank you for the good ice cream but no thank you I will not come back again to be...

Received rude service today from one of the lady. Apparently they have too much customers and don’t need to care individual customer’s opinion :)

Was a really loyal customer for the cone, which is multiple layers and very crispy. After seeing the marketing on some of the flavors on Instagram for 2 weeks, I dropped by purposely today and took me extra 20 mins. Sadly they don’t have any of the marketed flavours so I asked when it is coming back. The lady proudly said not sure as they changes the menu during the day and even maybe later today(confused on what’s the purpose)

So I said just a small suggestion but maybe should keep one menu for one day at least so ppl know what they are getting and also mentioned just purely my personal opinion.

However for the whole conversation the lady had to comment back on every single word in an arrogant way and even said well we have so many customers and can’t listen to everyone :)

One of the best gelato places I've ever been to in the UK and in London. I learnt about Ice Cream Union from my workplace and my god I'm so happy I discovered them because I love their gelato.

The texture is smooth and perfect, flavours are exactly what they say they are and the consistency to make this gelato oh so creamy and a pleasure to the tongue. My favourite flavours so far are the banana split ( the banana is just right, very subtle and the caramel sauce and chocolate shavings are the perfect pairings), fior di latte ( simple flavour but done very well) and white chocolate ( can really taste high-quality white chocolate), raspberry ripple.

Service was super quick and friendly, I will certainly be coming back because it's so close to Sloane Square station. Whoever gives a bad review for this place clearly has 0 taste in what good gelato tastes like and should not be...

I had the Blood Orange and Fior Di Latte flavour. Highly recommend! Usually am not a big fan of fruit ice cream, saw its the new flavor so I decided to give it a go. The first sip on the tasting spoon had me. It was a fun scene as the staff were like, "I knew you would like it, it is my favorite" ahaha. (They also use silver spoons for tasting, the earth is happy!) Tried the Moumouth Coffee and Salted Caramel, they are very good too. But we were feeling a bit full after our dinner so I went for blood orange and the classic. The blood orange is refreshing and perfect for the upcoming summer heat. The cone was special and worth a try, light and crispy. Unlike those thick ones, it could be easily bit open and enjoyed with the ice cream. Ah, and friendly staff too. It was a highlight of the day. We will definitely come again!

Our for a walk and a day dream? Need a pick-me-up for your self-esteem? Trying to break the diet regime? Look no further, than this wonderful ice cream. Various flavour for you to choose, and not being able to do so, won't be an excuse. You'll be able to select and others refuse, from a variety of options that might be new news. The place has no places to sit inside, but worry not, just sit outside even if you can't decide, the staff is kind and helpful and your questions will be replied, honestlt this is a place to come back to even if you've already tried. If you are concerned about the price, remember the location where you are, you won’t have to think twice.

I went on the first summer day in London, on a Friday afternoon/evening. There was a long queue, I believe because of the nice weather. Once it’s your turn to order ice cream, the experience is quite pleasant and quick. All looks clean. The ice creams tubs are covered and scooped out by the staff. When it comes to flavours, I’m not convinced they are the best I’ve tried in my life but they are definitely good, compared to many other ice creams chains in London. The flavours are pretty authentic and the consistency is very light. It’s a great spot if you’re in Sloan square/knightsbridge area and fancy an ice cream.
