Located off Sloane Street, the Cadogan Hotel is a very comfortable hotel. From the moment the doorman welcomes you through to the beautiful lobby, complete with comfortable chairs and a log fire, you will be in good hands. The reception team are super friendly and very efficient. You won’t waste much time before you are shown to your bedroom. We’ve stayed in Junior Suites and Superior Rooms and found both to be excellent. The rooms are spacious and well catered. The large airy bathroom has a large shower, two sinks and a separate loo. Luxury Bamford products are complimentary along with loads of towels, fluffy robes and slippers. The beds are big and very comfortable. The sleep concierge option will let you choose a pillow ahead of time, which will be on the bed when you arrive. There is ample storage space and hangers for your clothes, and comfortable sofas to enjoy the room. The rooms we stayed in are set back from the corridor meaning you won’t hear any noise whilst you are tucked up in bed. The solid windows mean you are also protected from the Chelsea traffic below. Downstairs there are three options for eating. The dedicated afternoon tea looks beautiful but we’ve yet to try that. We loved the bar. Again, great service and a good selection of drinks and cocktails. There is often live music in the evenings which encourages you to stay put for the night! The LaLee restaurant is a charming and welcoming space that makes you feel a million miles from the outside world. The food menu was wide with plenty of options for vegetarians. Breakfast is also served in this beautiful restaurant. The hotels location is ideal to walk up to Harvey Nichols, across to Harrods or down to Sloane Square and the Kings Road. The friendly door staff will help you with taxis, umbrellas or a bottle of water if you need. What makes the Cadogan so special is the service. Without exception all of the staff are welcoming and very helpful. On occasion we’ve had to extend our stays at very short notice and they have been nothing but supportive. We’ve loved staying here and hope to return soon.

My wife and I recently enjoyed an absolutely fantastic afternoon tea experience at The Cadogan, and we were blown away by the attention to detail and exceptional service. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the stage for an unforgettable experience. The selection of teas was impressive, and our server was knowledgeable and happy to help us navigate the menu. The food was equally impressive, with a delicious assortment of finger sandwiches, pastries, and scones that were expertly prepared and presented. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the experience, from the beautiful table settings to the elegant presentation of the food. But what really stood out was the service. Every member of the staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about ensuring that we had an exceptional experience. We felt truly pampered and cared for throughout the entire afternoon. Overall, we would highly recommend The Cadogan for anyone looking for an exceptional afternoon tea experience. It's clear that this establishment takes great pride in providing a truly memorable experience, and we can't wait to return for another visit.

I had an absolutely delightful experience during my stay at The Cadogan. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and provided me with plenty of useful information about both the hotel and the wonderful city of London. My room was like something out of an English fairytale, complete with a stunning view of Sloane Street. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate, and I was thrilled to find a selection of delicious treats waiting for me upon arrival, including fresh fruits, dried figs, macarons, and bottles of water. I raise my glass to the outstanding team at The Cadogan for making my stay so memorable.

Really don’t know where to start with this hotel!! So I’ll take you through it.

When we arrived we where instantly greeted by the Porter with such kindness and willingness to be helpful! Most hotels start like this and then it’s pretty hard not to get lost in the crowd! But not at this hotel. Throughout our stay we continued to get spoken to and addressed as Mr and Mrs Hall by staff we had not even seen before! EVERY member of staff was amazing! Faultless throughout the entire stay!

Our room was just beautiful! Little arrival treats left for us , hand written card and a wonderful guide box to make sure no information was missed about the hotel or local area.

The bathroom was my favourite ! Heated toilet seat, TV in the bath and amazing lighting throughout. Decor is just beautiful in the rooms aswell as throughout the hotel!

The hotel was so quiet to the point it felt like we where the only guests here! (Lots of guests staying)

The food was just beautiful and I hugely recommend the afternoon tea! The chefs and waiting staff put everything into making sure you are well fed to nothing but a 5 star standard.

I honestly could not find 1 fault with this amazing hotel! All of the team are a credit. The Concierges where again fabulous and very knowledgeable, nothing felt forced to please us they where generally so happy to help and to ensure we had the best time at this beautiful hotel.

Location is just perfect!! Coming from Torbay we are not use to city life but this hotel put you right in the middle of the best streets for shopping, food and much more!!

I honestly don’t think I’ll ever stay at another hotel when we revisit. This hotel exceeded ever expectation we had and the team need applauding for their efforts.

Well done to you all and thank you so much for making our stay so magical!! We will see you all again soon ❤️

I would give you 100 stars...

Where to start for such an amazing place? We began our inaugural trip to London by reaching out to the concierge team and we were immediately pleased with the thoroughness of their response. They displayed a true desire to understand what our family was looking for and more importantly, a hint of our personality, to make our trip more meaningful and personal. Jamie, Tori, Daniel, and Vangelis, were all amazing. We arrived with a solid plan for the week and ready to experience London on our specific terms.

Delia greeted us on arrival and set the high mark of service that would be consistently maintained throughout our stay. Emmanuel took us to our rooms, and his pride in his hotel was extremely evident. Wow...this place is impressive!

They had arranged a couple of private tours for us and they were amazing. Alex, in particular stands out for an iconic tour of London.

All of the dinner recommendations were spot on, and they were quick to accommodate last minute changes we requested.

The rooms are very well thought out with the highest quality of materials. The dining options were spectacular and readily available to guests staying at the hotel.

Of course, the neighborhood of Chelsea is simply amazing. Extremely convenient to all of London, but blessed with amazing shopping and a neighborhood feel.

We are already planning our next trip to this hotel. A beautiful hotel combined with an amazing group of professionals that represent the property extremely well....
