Pepe's — Restaurant in London

I placed an order via Uber Eats on Monday 28th July at 8:00pm. I called up and spoke to a gentleman called Saad, who was so polite and helpful. I asked him if I could have all the wings saucy and can I have extra mayonaise in my burger, and he said absolutely not a problem. I had a big order which came to £50.00 the food was absolutely delicious as always and the whole family ate all the food and didn't leave a crumb on their plates. We have been using this Pepes for a long time now and the food has always been 10/10 I have a Pepes in Hayes which is a 2 minutes walk from my house but they have really bad food standards. My grilled chicken burger was juicy fresh and so tender and the wings were saucy and cooked to perfection and the Peri rice was so fresh too.

Came from work and decided to eat chicken strip wrap from here, got in and asked the lady for for chicken strip wrap meal. She confirmed the flavour and if it is meal or not. And i revised again chicken strip wrap meal with hot flavour. I didn't have cash with me and she told me they don't take cards, however i went to rake the cash out from ATM. It took 20 min for meal to get ready and when i got home there was a burger inside not my wrap. I rang them and asked if this is by mistaken but they declined saying we gave wot you asked for. I am 100% sure i didn't ordered for a burger cuz i never had burger. But they didn't listen and hanged up on me. Now i am calling again but they not answering.
