Avoid this place if you care about your health... Staff do not wear gloves or aprons, the same person that works at the till makes food without washing hands and doesn't have good hygiene. The vegetarian food is cooked on the same grill as the meat, sometimes touching the meat. No clear certificate of food and safety training, not sure they have this and it is current. Floor and counter is dirty and contaminated. Strong marijuana smell in shop as well. Azhar served us. It's actually that dirty that there are flies flying around the shop... I've had to report to food and safety standards! The staff are rude and do not care about customer service, they look like they are half asleep and would rather not have a job. They seem uneducated as when I said to azhar "cooking a vegetarian meal on a meat grill is cross contamination and on your website it states vegetarian food is cooked sepratley", all he could reply was "Yeah ok... What do you want? Refund?!". Sorry but he shouldn't deserve...

Used UberEats to order for a 5 person household. The order was over £40 and when it arrived in one bag, the drinks and dips were missing along with a whole half chicken, the main part of a half chicken meal we ordered. When we called the restaurant they gave us an automated UberEats number and an invalid code for the number so we could not reach any drivers or help. We called the restaurant again, and they gave us another wrong 8 digit number so we never got a hold of the Uber driver and therefore never received the chicken from the meal or the other missing items. The employees we spoke to on the phone were unhelpful and took no responsibility for the missing items and claim they gave it to the driver, which we believe is probably not true as the bag was sealed with staples and had room for the missing items. I would recommend to not order from Pepe's Piri Piri, Harrow - especially if it is a delivery...
