Was asked for my order by the lady at the counter, and requested a chicken burger meal. She looked at me blankly, turned and walked away. Another team member saw me looking confused and asked if he could help so I repeated my order, and and was satisfied someone had made it right. A bag was placed on the counter by the same woman who said “chicken burger meal” I asked if it was mine, she looked at me, ignored me again and started a conversation with a driver. I repeated myself, and asked not to be ignored, I repeated myself again and received no acknowledgement at all. I picked up the bag and walk out suggesting that the girl learn some manners. After realising I was without a beverage, I decided to return to the store to raise a complaint with the store manager. The same woman was serving the counter I asked for the manager, when he arrived I asked him if he was aware of the unacceptable level of service this team member was providing, he asked her what had happened.
To my amazement she started talking in a language I could not understand. I informed The young lady that as I had raised a complaint and she was discussing it in front of me it would be common courtesy to speak English, this request was ignored and I had to repeat myself again. Now unfortunately it only gets worse from here! The lady said only one sentence in English which was “I was talking to a driver and then he got aggressive towards me”! I was flabbergasted! Now I presume that as I am a middle aged bald white guy in a Pepe’s at 11pm, she presumed that I was some kind of yobbo (and could make that lie stick) unlucky for her that I am a senior person in a multi million pound company and owner of a company myself.
After informed the young lady that lying and trying to blame the customer would not resolve the situation or scare me.
I returned my attention to the manager and again began to request that they speak English when dealing with my complaint, and believe it or not he turned his back to me while I was in mid sentence and started waving his tongs and speaking to another employee. I again tried to impart some wisdom and explained to the manager that when a customer is making a complaint turning your back and starting to talk to someone else in another language it not going to help resolve the situation, especially the customer complaint is being ignored twice and has repeated requested his complaint be dealt with in English.
The manager informed me that he knew this.
Confused, I stated that if he did know this, the behavior he had just shown was even more disrespectful than that of his team member, and her skills were a direct result of his management.
At this point it was evident that I was wasting my time trying to get some understanding of what had gone on, so I stated this to the manager and left.
Now you may well think “bloody hell, Scott it’s a chicken shop, what do you expect!”

Read moreBUNCH OF MISERS. For some this may sound petty but for whatever reason these fools seem to charge you for sauces. I ordered a meal which always came with sauces but this time round the idiot lady charged me.
I'm one of those people who can only enjoy the meals with sauces, you don't get this problem with any other fast food chain literally next door to eachother i.e KFC, SAMS, KENTUCKY GRILL on the same road.
Even when you order via the food delivery apps they never seem to send you sauces that you paid for. The staff are honestly incompetent, one time they got my order wrong.
And if you actually stand and watch how they handle the food sometimes it's breaching food hygiene regulations. I told them off once and asked them to redo my order.

Read moreFirst of all they don’t even deserve one star. I recently moved to the area and visited the shop 3 times now. On my first visit the moment I entered there was a lady complaining about the service. This wasn’t a good impression but I let that go. On my third visit I wanted to order 5 wings and chips for £2.49 but they had none left so I was offered grilled wings and chips instead, they charged me £4.98 which is essentially the same order. Once I questioned the guy was rude and argumentative, told me to f*ck off. Once I got home, I opened the bag and there was no chips. Their customer service is appalling and I was their potential customer, they have literally just lost about £400 a year because I was about to visit them at least 3 times a week.
