I'm editing my review after the response of Gianni (owner of the joint?)

As I was not the person who paid the bill but it was my Dad. I got confused with the amount charged. The total bill for 2 pizzas was £26.90, therefore an average of £13.45 per pizza.

The confusion was also due to one of the staff members telling after I asked him how big were the pizzas and the cost for each size (on the board it shows 2 different prices) . He told me that the large pizza which on the board they have at the joint (showing an amount of £19) was referred to the normal size/standard Italian pizza.

At this point I'm confused as we decided to order the larger size but then they charged us for the smaller one? Was it a generous discount from the owner? I'd appreciate to know how big is the £19 pizza version. Hopefully Gianni will clear this point?

I've been walking past this small takeaway pizza joint often. I finally ordered 2 pizzas. One was tutta carne - all meat with njuda and chicken (I'm not a big fan of chicken on pizza) but my Dad wanted it and the other pizza was Quattro formaggi. The pizzas were very tasty, thin crust. The condiments on top were not very generous also considering the price, for a pizza normal 'Italian size' it was £19 circa. I ordered a pizza last night from this place and it never arrived, I rang them 12 times and they continued to put the phone down on me or tell me it was on the way. I rang today to find out what happened only to be spoken to very aggressively by the staff there. They told me they had called me which was a lie, I even have the phone records to prove. They then said I has given the wrong address but quite clearly I had not as it was on the order confirmation email and even if they had actually called me id of been able to confirm the address again. They refused to give me a refund for a pizza I didnt receive and they were so rude to me on the phone I am absolutely outraged!! I paid £22 for a pizza that never arrived. Thats at least 4 customers they have lost from last night and I will continue to spread the word. I am disgusted! Not even an apology!

**In reply to your comment below my phone was not switched off, infact I have the call log to prove it plus several calls to your restaurant that I made that night. If you cancelled my order why wouldnt you refund me? Absolute lies and...

Menu came through my door advertising 15% off if you order at their website. Went to the website but it only applies this discount to some of the options on the menu (not stated on the advertisement), phoned them up and apparently 15% isn't to all items as advertised. Frustrating, but not as frustrating as the cold and mediocre pizza I received 50 mins later.

Spoke to the owner who is rude and just makes stuff up, worst customer service. The service and food was poor and the response by the owner is a combination of lies...
