Pizaza — Restaurant in London

Pizaza’s refusal to accommodate simple dietary needs is absolutely outrageous! As a vegetarian, I asked to swap marshmallows (which contain fish gelatine) on a chocolate pizza for strawberries—literally the easiest substitution possible—but was told the owners have a strict ‘no changes’ policy.

To make matters worse, this so-called milkshake place doesn’t even offer dairy-free milk for those who are lactose intolerant or vegan.

The only reason this place gets good reviews is because it’s one of the few dairy kosher spots open late. Given that it caters to people who often have their own dietary restrictions, the lack of flexibility feels especially ironic.

And what’s even more frustrating? A review below says they swapped mushrooms with jalapeños—so what’s the difference?! It’s 2025—how is this acceptable?

Totally not what I expected. I arrived at a later time wanted to be served with some refreshments, I did not like the attitude I got served with. I asked for some item and they said that they can’t make it because they are closing soon when closing time is showing for another hour…..
