Pizza Grill — Restaurant in London

I went to Ala Pizza today and ordered naga wings and chips as well as the normal wings and chips. I also went to the German Donor Kebab next door to get a donor kebab. Read my review for that of you want to compare with this place. Anyway I have been here before and was served by a young brother. The experience was good. Good service, the brother knew how to talk to customers and the food was quite nice.

However, tonight it was some other person. No personality whatsoever, he didn't want to even be there. That aside, when I got my food I had to ask for my drink which was part of the meal. I also asked for some chilli sauce, the guy went over to the fryer added some chips and then came back just looking at me. I had to ask again for the sauce. He got the sauce and placed them on the bag, not in the bag!

When I got home and opened the box, I was greeted with what looked like chicken wings that had chilli sauce on it, not naga sauce! The wings still had feathers, yes feathers, not just the fur but the hard bits on the end, on them! Also they were undercooked inside as the meat was pink and blood could be seen. It was disgusting. Absolutely horrid. If the owner is reading this you need to sort out the staffing as the place does have good service and food on some occasions but awful service and disgusting food on others. The only plus I can think of is that it is HMC approved but what good is the raw ingredients if the final product is not fit for...

Service is Awful. Food is disgraceful!

I wanted to buy a burger which was advertised outside at £1.20. I only had a twenty note on me as the cash machine outside co-op ran out of tenners.

The guy at the counter refused to serve me as he didn't want to give out any change!

He told me i had to buy something else more pricey on the menu. I should have walked out there and then, but i though ok, i'll give the "brothers" the benefit...they're trying to "run a business".

I opted to buy a half chicken meal - I think it was £5. The meal was reasonably well presented on the plate (albeit the chicken overloaded with ketchup and onions) but my god the chicken tasted absolutely revolting!

The quality of chicken is not something i would feed to animals! The bone inside the chicken crumbled apart, parts of the chicken flesh was brown/black and most of all it tasted old. Very old!. I tried to force myself to eat as much as i could as i did parted with a fiver, however all i could withstand was a couple thin strips of the outer layer of the chicken, so just had the chips and the drink.

I dont think i will eat the chicken there if someone paid me to do so!!

Theres no shortage of PFCs or food places in Stepney Green/Mile End. However this place Never Again!

Dont get enticed with their cheap offers outside or their "student offers". You'll be feeding...

I don't know where to start The owner is the rudest man I have ever met in my life. Not only does he bully his staff right in front of customers. Many times I gave encountered him shouting rudely to customers too I have been going for years to them solely because the food is nice and try to avoid going when the owner is there

Today I placed an order for collection. And was 20mins late to pick it up. Instead of him being apologetic. He shouted at me. A woman. Alone. And said "I've sold your food to someone else. What time did you say you would get here and what time is it now. U can take half the food now"

I was shocked. No, sorry we had to sell, or please wait 10mins we will get you another. I had never been at the receiving end of his treatment. I walked out. At least 20 more takeaways available all within 20mins walk. I will never visit ala pizza again!
