Visited on a Saturday afternoon in June. We went for the lunchtime buffet. I was pleasantly surprised, the pizza’s were all delicious and fresh. With plenty of choice. The pasta’s and salad bar was great too. I’d have given this review 5 stars, if it wasn’t for Pizza Huts new policy. Basically the waiting staff can’t take orders. We couldn’t get signal on our phones and it took at least 10 minutes for us to get onto the WIFI. Our waitress mentioned there’s a machine that you can order from, but it’s broken. She had no way of taking our order. The lone diner next to us had to leave, as he was unable to place his order on his phone. It’s such a shame that the waiting staff can no longer take orders. We visited again on a Saturday evening in July. I had the Loaded Sweet Chilli Cheesy Bites (pictured) 10/10. The sweet chilli sauce was amazing, so flavoursome and the cheese was baked and not over powering. We also ordered the Cholua Chicken Sizzler pizza to share. It was far too hot to eat! We had to get it boxed up so we could give it to homeless people. I had a Hot Chocolate Brownie with Ice Cream for dessert. 7/10

I went with my partner and there was a group in front that waited ten minutes and had to wait because the waiter took his time cleaning the table, once they sat down we were next and it took 10 minutes just for us to get a table and he didn’t even give us menus or tell us how to order. The service comes with them handing us the drinks we’ve ordered but my partner went over himself seen as no one came by for fifteen minutes. And for our pizzas we waited thirty minutes and my pizza was covered in oil was undercooked and my partners pineapple was stale and tasted like it was left out for days. I only ate it because we payed a lot for the food which was not even nice and left me with heartburn and acid reflux and left a horrible taste in my mouth. I’d never recommend this to anyone and if anything I’d tell them to avoid this area seen as the service and food is poor considering we’re paying for the service. Never again.

The pizza was nice, exactly what we asked for, although the salad bar had zero labels. Not so bad when selecting cucumber over carrots but when there are several white sauces it's hit and miss as to what is what. All this pales in comparison to the (lack of) service. We were seated by a manager, (one of two on shift) and it took almost 15 minutes to be asked what we would like for our order without even an offer of drinks. Food delivery was as on time as to be expected but it took for me to go to the bar to get my table cleared at the end of our meal and almost 10 minutes after this they name with a box for our leftover slices and we Actually had our table and bill cleared/paid. This would have been fine if the restaurant was busy but with approximately 5 tables on our floor occupied and 4 waiting staff walking by us several times we found this unacceptable

I walked into the location at Piccadilly today Saturday 27 September 2025 about 13:15 where I have gone numerous times without issue. All previous times staff has been polite and professional.

Today however, as I walked into the door the person seating guests first tried to require I leave my mobility device! This is a walker I require for balance and should not be without it. I refused. She then stated “well then I cannot seat you” after which another guest started slapping her hands in my face and screaming at me, of which I had my headphones on with relaxation sounds on at half volume and I still heard her screaming, I removed my headphones and stated “I am trying to be seated” to the girls behind me as it seemed the voice came from that direction they pointed to the girl who was screaming and slapping her hands at me. I looked to see she seemed quite intoxicated it was a chaotic mess just because I walked inside to eat lunch. The girl slapping her hands and screaming was clearly intoxicated and behaving like a bigot, truly a bigoted issue was at play during this entire encounter. The hostess did nothing to stop her bad behaviour. I stepped toward the door stating I would call the police to wit the girl slapping her hands said you do that! Still the hostess did nothing!

When the police arrived he took my statement. Then he went inside. Moments later he came out telling me a total fabrication of what took place inside based on a statement from the hostess who did nothing to stop the intoxicated girl’s bigotry.

The officer who arrived believed this total fabrication that was stated by the persons involved: those persons stated I had said I wanted the table the belligerent girls were sitting at, which I never even had a chance to say anything except I would not be without my walker as I need it, then the establishment said I was belligerent when I was not. I had merely left stating I would be contacting the police.

I used to have fond memories of Pizza Hut from my childhood. I spent my whole $10 allowance on a personal pan pizza and drink meal ($1.79) and the rest on Pac man ($0.25 cents at a time). That was my Saturday afternoon fun. What took place today wiped that all out. I will never patron a Pizza Hut again. My character was assassinated in this entire process. I have a completely clean criminal record. I would NEVER have been so cruel as to say I want the table those persons are eating at. How unkind to me to have been wrongly accused and mistreated as such by everyone involved including the officer.

For this wrongdoing I have left a highly accurate account of this encounter in reviews online. It was unethical to start but even worse to lie to the officer about my character. Shame...

we came here looking for a regular meal with regular service, but this wasn't the case we were greeted by a point towards a table by a worker and all he said was "order from the table" and didn't show us exactly to the table and/or give us a physical menu a greeting or even any instructions on how to "order from the table". once we figured out how to order via the table we were ignored by the wait staff entirely while the one present worker flirted with a customer on another table ignoring my table and the one next to mine. keep in mind the restaurant was relatively empty at the time it took just shy of half an hour for food to arrive and when it did it was a dismal display of food as one of the pizzas was drenched in oil both on the top and the base, the other had stale tasting pineapple on top and both had a soggy base to them. when it comes to the drinks the refillable drinks system was a blatant joke as on the app we it stated servers would bring our glassware to our table in which they didn't and once waiting long enough i went up to the set up myself and got a flavoured pepsi and a regular pepsi which both tasted the same and were watery with a clear bad mix solution as well as this the ice machine was out of order leaving us with luke warm drinks. moving onto the salad bar and i have never seen such a wilted salad bar i didn't even want to risk getting myself a bowl from it. i knew from the get go entering the restaurant i wasn't going to be getting fine dining but basic customer service and basic food opposed to all i can describe as slop is expected but i didn't get that if i could honestly rate my experience a 0 out of 5 i would i've never been let down so much by a pizza hut and it spoiled my afternoon, i certainly will be avoiding this location...

What can I say... early afternoon brunch felt as almost felt like why im even bothering to be here. Greeted by not very welcoming hi... the lady was not much of the help when it came to service and hospitality. We wanted to sit by the window as the table was free she made a comment that we won't fit there .. Don't think that was professional or unessesary need comment. Considering that me and my friend and I are not a * very large* in a size, maybe just in personality, comment was silly, rude. Then the guy who was serving us tried to uplift our spirits by suggesting buffet and cheaper option tho we explained that we here for experience and price difference won't make much difference. Helped us with a small chat and a few jokes. All other stuff aside, he was ok Food was average, buffet style vegetables boring tinned and not exiting at all. This place definitely needs a lot of improvement though I do understand being located at the busiest part of London it is always busy and visitors' people traffic is heavy but we customers paying staff salaries would of expected more from well established brand ! Hope management will address this as Improvement...
