I recently placed an order from Pizza Hut for a small family and friends gathering, and the experience truly brought back some of the warmest memories from my childhood in America during the '80s and '90s. Back then, Pizza Hut and Domino's were staples for any celebration or family night — the excitement of sharing a cheesy, piping-hot pizza with loved ones was unmatched. That same feeling came rushing back with this order. The pizza itself was outstanding. The crust was fluffy, airy, and beautifully light — just the way I remember loving it as a kid. It was loaded with cheese and generous amounts of pepperoni, so flavorful that I didn’t even feel the need for extra toppings. Every bite was delicious and satisfying. A special shout-out to the manager, Manik, who went above and beyond. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about the customer experience. He overheard that I love salads and kindly offered one on the house — such a thoughtful gesture! He even asked if I’d like garlic for my pizza crust, a small detail that made a big impression. It’s rare to see that level of care and attention these days.On top of that, the prices were incredibly reasonable — great quality without breaking the bank. After this experience, I honestly don’t think I’ll be ordering pizza from anywhere else.

They are not take responsibility for delivery even from their website. Ordered pizza for kids online directly on their website. When the delivery time was run out, deliveryman called and we found that he arrived at the wrong place (I provided correct address), and said that he didn't care, 'not going to deliver the order and 'I'm wasting his money'. I called to pizza hut to sort it out and they decided to redelivery new same order to the same address and thought how they could apologize for situation providing new estimation time during 30 min. After 40 min there is no pizza (it came ~10 min later) and we called again to understand situation and ask about compensation due to we already started to feed kids another food due to they was very hungry! But manager said that nothing is going to be provided and refunded due to it's nor their responsibility for delivery (really???? I ordered directly from you!) and they are good man because made new order with small bottle of pepsi, which noone drinks (likely it was a compensation). I suggested to claim from their delivery service because it was their fault, but I was ignored. As result, kids were not happy due to they waited for pizza, pizza was not eaten due to we feed then alternative food after waiting for almost 1 hour (parents had another ordered food, but spicy for children), deliveryman didn't care and it's ok, manager didn't care much and it's ok. I'm sure it's a terrible service...

Updated after 4 months. Decided to go in and get a take out. This time armed with knowing I had to make sure that the sides were packed. When I got there, I explained to the staff member on duty, why I was double checking about the dipps, the issue last time and being fobbed off by her colleague. Kavita was great. She apologised for what had happened the last time. Confirmed that I was due dips with the item that I ordered, and made sure that they were all there for the collection. A completely different experience and quality of service this time around. Bar on how helpful she was and her apology for what happened, I'm going to upgrade my review from before. If I go back, I may just check who's on Duty before I order!

Original review. Ordered a collection of sides which should have come with a dip. Picked them up. The boxes were sealed, but the collection slip clearly states that the garlic dip was part of the order, presumably in the sealed boxes. Got home. No dips. Don't trust this franchise- open the boxes there and demand what you've paid for. I won't be using them again as when I called to complain the guys didn't understand the problem and basically asked what I wanted him to do about it. When I asked if he could put a note on the system against my phone number so that they didn't make the same mistake next time, he was clueless. Definitely buyer beware...
