Pizza Hut — Restaurant in London

I ordered this deal today. I have never been so disappointed with the man serving on the phone. I ordered 2 bbq base and they failed to read the order properly and made a tomato based one which I cannot eat and it’s not what was ordered. I even had to reiterate again when choosing the pizza sized the base sauce which I said bbq but doesn’t actually make any sense of asking what sauce when the title says the bbq meaty one and they delivered it to my house.

After calling back to re-changethe order the man on the phone was extremely rude, showed no effort and declined to give me a small 0.50p garlic sauce whilst I now wait for the 2nd pizza to come whilst the 1st pizza is now stone cold.

The 2nd pizza arrived 40 mins later and they have decided to overload the pizza with so much excess of bbq sauce and squashed and lazily put together, the pizza was not even edible. I am making a formal complaint to the company as well and will never shop here again

Do not go to this Pizza Hut they are extremely rude and do not fix errors made when respectfully asked to do so.

This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this restaurant but it had been such a long time since I had last ordered and thought things had changed for the better. Within 40 minutes of consuming the food I became quite nauseous then vomiting and then diarrhea. Ordered on Saturday and it’s now Tuesday and still feeling very sick. I called the restaurant to tell them That the food has made me so sick. The manager said it was weather related and not the the food 🙄 no apology no refund no compassion. I am certain it’s food Poisoning and have logged complaint with lewisham council and samples have been collected. Don’t waste your money or your health on this place. Clearly poor food hygine and poor customer service. I’m taking this all the way it has wiped me out...

Few lines to communicate that Downham Pizza Hut gave me great service. As I am not really a pizza eater, I found the explanations regarding the various promotions and Pizza choices clear, concise and extremely considerate. A bonus is the cost of delivery and the empathy that (Fatima) demonstrated when serving me and Pizza. She was polite and professional throughout my pizza purchase and overall, I would give this Pizza Hut a 4 out of 5 as there is always room for improvement BUT I was genuinely taken back by the value received (great service, well cooked and tasty food, expedient delivery at point of purchase) and how understanding and helpful the staff at Downham were. Please keep up the good work and I genuinely hope your sales increase...
