1 star is infinitely more than this deserves. Come on google, where's the 0 star option?
Normally this place is bad. Wrong food, forgotten food, 1.5-2hour waits, can't find my house, cold on arrival. I only order because of the voucher codes and the nearest Dominos is also terrible but more expensive. Tonight was the worst of the lot. Over 3 hours and still nothing. Called multiple times and no one picked up. Finally jumped through all the hoops to get through to head office customer service who span off a load of non-answers. I got them to call the hut and they couldn't get through either. They apologised and tried to end the call, I pointed out that apologies weren't going to fill my empty stomach. They offered a gift card. I pointed out that this was useless as I was never going to order again. They finally offered me a refund if I rejected the food on when it finally turned up. I agreed. Apparently they can take my money there and then but it takes over 3 weeks for a refund to come through and only once I've gone online and filled out a form after receiving an email that will only come through at some point Monday-Friday....
Too late to order from anywhere else, looks like I'm going to bed hungry tonight.

Read moreI’ve put the order in at 8 pm tonight. Bear in mind that I live about 45 seconds walk away from the local Pizza Hut. By 8.45 I decided to call to ask how long the order would take. I used Google to find the number, and as I saw the very poor rating I decided to also read the reviews. I wish I had done that before ordering! The person on the phone said it would take another hour and 15 min on top of the 45 min that had already passed !! That makes it 2 whole hours to deliver a pizza from down the road !! The employee then proceeded to explain that it is because of the snow, and that if we wanted to come collect it it would take another 20 min, because the orders are just piling up and they can’t keep up with the demand, and also “the snow”. This would have been annoying enough, but no, there’s more. My husband and I went to the Pizza Hut to collect our food, and weren’t too surprised to see how messy and unorganised it was. The good point is, our pizzas were ready. The bad point, yet another one: they were completely burnt and overcooked. The same employee we spoke to on the phone blurted a poor “well I could redo them for you but that means you’d have to wait”, at which point my husband and I simply looked at each other, grabbed our burnt pizzas, left and vowed never to order from that...

The tracking system falsely indicated that the order had been delivered (likely to avoid penalties for late delivery) when in fact, nothing had arrived. I called the restaurant and was told the pizzas would be arriving "soon". Unfortunately, the driver showed up 25 minutes after the estimated delivery window, and only brought half the order, with none of the vegan options included. When I called again, I was informed that the order had been split into two deliveries due to its size. However, no one had bothered to communicate this in advance. The second half of the order, including the vegan pizzas, didn’t arrive until 2:25pm — over two hours after the initial order was placed! By then, the party was essentially over, and guests who required vegan options had nothing to eat. I raised my concerns both by phone and via the website, but the only response I received was a generic apology: "We're sorry and hope to see you again soon." Sadly, you won’t.
