Absolutely shocking - Pizzas taste horrifically greasy and stale. Don't bother even calling them up about it - you will be met with a very defensive tone and told that they have a fixed shelf life, and that it is 'absolutely impossible' for it to taste that way.
I re-ordered from them the next day (no freebies or anything btw out of goodwill) and everything was acceptable - the garlic bread was a bit soggy as well as the chicken, but I could live with that. The bit I could not live with was the fact that the cheesy bites were not delicious, moist nor garlicky. They had a chewy/crunchy texture like a crusty bread roll. I called them up to inform them of my concerns and was accused of lying! I actually purposely requested that if I order again the exact order, and pay for everything EXCEPT for the cheesy bites, can they throw in the cheesy bites for free because this is the only part of the meal which was completely unacceptable. I was told that 'this is not possible' by the manager on duty because they are 'not allowed to do this without permission from the manager'. When I asked why the manager needs permission from the manager (?) they just repeated the same sentence again.
So, I called up the Pizza hut customer service line in order to let them know about my concerns and was given a £10 voucher out of goodwill. Good customer service from the head branch - I'm happy with this. I was also promised a call from this branch to try and settle matters.
Waited for two weeks and did not receive a call, so I called up customer service to follow-up and to see what happened, apparently the branch I was ordering from 'were not happy with the way the case was handled'. Customer service sent another request for the pizza hut to contact me.
Waited another few days, and thought that this is getting ridiculous and I just wanted to get some pizza. So, I called up this store to use the voucher and apparently orders to my address are blocked!
I don't understand why they blocked me - it seems like some sort of petty feud. Did they block me because I called them out on sub-par food???If the food from pizza hut does not taste as good as the cheapie pizzas I can get from Tesco for 1/5 of the price, then surely this is something the managers would want to know. Guess I was wrong! I called up customer service to ask why they blocked me and apparently I have 'received numerous discounts'.
If you take the time to look at my reviews, I always make sure that I am 100% fair to the company I review (I mean that's the whole point of Google reviews, no?). Also, I should point out that I make a buttload of money. Seriously, why would I argue over the £2.50 or £3.00 worth of cheesy bites? In fact, let's say that I didn't make a buttload of money. Who really would lie about such a small value of food, except if they genuinely were telling the truth and just wanted things to be resolved amicably?
Either way, I am not too fussed. There are so many pizza places nearby anyway so I will give them my £2-£4k annual revenue, and be treated much better too! This is a shame because I have always come to Pizza Hut since I started A levels in my hometown (2007), but it seems that things have gone majorly downhill since then.
TL;DR: Don't go to this particular Pizza Hut branch. They really don't care - remember that they are just a Franchise and so bear a great deal of autonomy in how they approach customers. The actual Pizza Hut customer service line can only do so much to help you when people are...

Called them enquiringly where my pizza was as I heard nothing and was 15 minutes past. Guy on phone assured me he left and give him 2-3 minutes more. Waited another ten minutes nothing. Called again hoping the gentleman would call driver, nope not a chance. By now it's 10:55pm and no pizza and no help form guy and I am out £36.99 and it's freezing outside. 11:04pm guy says driver left and we are really busy, please wait. Call their customer service line the number on their site is no longer active and have to call two other numbers as they both are automated systems saying their offices are closed. 11;10.pm. Not 40 minutes past and surely pizza is cold as is the other items I ordered. Gentleman I spoke with refused to give me his name and asked for a refund, he states that he can't as they made the food. Still no delivery and says I will have to go through the head office. The arrogance as I explained that I had waited for 40 minutes and assured me nearly a half hour ago that my food would arrive. Then middle aged man shows up ringing my door, no sorry, no apology, no 'I got lost' just cold food. It is now 11:14pm and I ask for a full refund and same gentleman refuses and say not his fault with we are short drivers, it's Friday night. Despite me ordering the pizza at 9:30pm and having to wait an hour and forty four minutes is just unacceptable. The. I receive a call from their apparent manager Dan saying he will give me a free pizza if I wait another hour. So that would be another 2 & 44 minutes waiting for a sloppy, sub par service. Again they call me at 11:28 asking me if I want a free pizza ANYTHING, WHEN THEY FAILED ON ALL ACCOUNTS. SHAMBOLIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND REALLY JUST a miss. Shame as I can't comment on the pizza but I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT EVER AGAN. Now I have to jump through hoops at their home office and ask for my money back. This is pathetic. They repeatedly scrimp on toppings to save money. I have ordered 3 times from this branch and every time I have been disappointed. I WILL NO LONGER ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH!! My first order from this branch resulted in my order being delivered without the drinks that were paid for. The second order from this branch was a vegetarian pizza. I paid extra to double my toppings. The toppings were supposed to be tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, sweetcorn, olives and onions.
