Pizza Hut — Restaurant in London

ordered 3 items, arrived 50 minutes later (as told) but all items were cold. I complained and was told they will replace the order. Second order arrived in maybe 20 minutes or so. I was going to tell him that I don't want to replace my order, because my child is already very hungry and will not be able to wait any longer, so we ate the food anyway. But I thought, since the food was not up to standard, it would be a compensation for me to receive another order for free. My bad. When the driver came, he asked for the old order and I told him that we have eaten most of it. Then he started to make a fuss about it on my doorstep, embarrassing me in front of our neighbors, that if the food was cold then why did we eat it? And that the food wasn't cold anyway because he delivered it 5 minutes after it was made. So basically telling me that I was lying. Terrible terrible experience. Too expensive anyway....

I have been ordering the same pizza XXL Big New Yorker ever since it became available on the menu. Instead of the thin sourdough base I’m used to, what was delivered was a puffier, regular large pepperoni pizza with garlic seasoning all over the crust—completely different from what I ordered.

When I called the branch to clarify, I was told dismissively, “If the box says XL in front, then it’s definitely the XXL Big New Yorker.” I explained that the dough and appearance were clearly not the same as my previous orders. The manager then came on the line and insisted I was wrong, repeating the same line about the box labeling. I even offered to bring the pizza into the store to show them in person, but the manager chose to hang up on me instead.

Horrible customer service and rude...

Horrible take away service. They keep giving wrong delivery times in their app, waited almost 2 hours for my pizzas and in the end driver returned because didn’t find the address! Whilst waiting I have called 3 times where the manager always lied and said driver is 5 m away! Driver couldn’t find our address and left back to the restaurant! The manager said the driver tried to call the mobile number 5 x when we only had one missed call that we have returned! Manager then said driver is new: not our fault! Kids waiting for their dinner for almost 2 hours and disappointment of no take away received. Terrible service and very rude manager! Should have offered to bring Pizzas anyway even if we rejected! Avoid Pizza Hutt Carshalton at all times! No care about the customer...
