Indian Oasis, Indian Restaurant, Carshalton — Restaurant in London

I have been ordering takeaway from here for years and the food has been lovely. However today they have lost a loyal customer. I orderd my food as usual and the order turned up and it was totally the wrong food and the 3 cans of coke were also missing. I called them and explained they said sorry we have given you somebody elses order by mistake leave it qith us we get you a new order in 20mins i said ok thats fine no problem. Almost 1 hour later still no food i called them back up they said sorry 10 mins away. The food finally arrive we was starving and could not wait to took in. We opend the tikka masala and my god it smelt like cheesy sick ive never smelt anything like it. I called them again they was beimg rude shout and swearing down the phone. So i jad to drive to the shop to take there food back to show they the really bad smelly food. The women in there was being rude and aggressive and refusing to give me a refund so i opend the food to show the customers in the shop the food with that they gavd me a full refund they obviously give me a dodgy curry on purpose. Really lovely food but really disapointed with the staff you would espect them to be friendly but i felt they were mocking myself and my partner i am a big girl but there is no need for this plus they charged me somthing i didnt have i ordered chicken tikka biryani and the charged me £10.50 but the price is £7.95 the kind prawn biryani is £10.50 i dont eat prawn and they charged me for sauce that they kept trying to take away from me and they charged me for poppudoms im desgused the fact they stare at you and cuss you in there langue which i did understand and its desigusting.they hover over you and try and take your plate when your not even finishes so i asked them for a doggy bag because i felt quite upset and really annoys and i couldnt take no more and i ask for a diet coke then she the lady said to me in a smug face laughing say a large i didnt ask for large. because all i wanted was a nice valentines meal with my partner I hope someone could do somthing about this but...

My god, where to start. The bhajis were like a soggy, and stale scotch egg you get from a tesco meal deal. The korma was like a unmixed coconut with brown food colouring concoction. I feel way too sad to even begin to comment on the methi. The rice was undercooked, I almost broke a tooth eating it. The only good thing, was the hot sauce that came with the poppadom, would thoroughly recommend it.

The naans lacked any kind of taste, and the whole experience was.. I cant think of a word that would be allowed to stay on this review but still be able to describe it, so use your imagination. Dont go.

I feel the need to add to this after a few days, I went for another curry, tried and tested this time, just to make sure I wasn't going poppadoms in the head. The conclusion I have come to, is that if eat the excrement from the curry the day after, it would still taste better than oasis did. Dont do it...
