Pizza inn Wembley high road — Restaurant in London

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This is one of the places that is going to fail miserably just because of the lady working there who is insanely rude and arrogant. She starts charging me random prices outside the menu, I show her the menu (planted into the wall at her counter) and she says these are old prices, then says these are delivery prices. Why would anyone walk into a takeaway pizza place and order for delivery from the menu planted into a wall?

She then reduces the price by £2 and says “take it or get lost”. I then ask her if she’s just making up random prices, and to quote her she yells at me “YES I AM AND I AM GOING TO THE KEEP THE REST FOR MYSELF, DO WHATEVER YOU WANT”.

I then ask for the manager and she screams “WE HAVE NO MANAGER” and laughs!

I have never ever seen such appalling service by anyone (we treat strangers or even our enemies better, let alone customers). All these negative reviews about this particular lady and she is still employed, I wonder why? SHE SHOULD BE FIRED.

They will send you whatever they want, not what you ordered. And the explanation by the man who called his self as a manager probably got confused… You have started your pizza that’s what is them excuse (obviously how else I would realise that is not what I ordered) Don’t bother to waist your time and ur money.

We ordered the pure vegetarian pizza but we got delivery of full smell of beef meat pizza even asked for thin crust but they sent me thick one ☝️ ridiculous 😡 the guy (manager)said we couldn’t do anything its such a annoying.
