Pizza Pronto — Restaurant in London

I have ordered from Pizza Pronto quite a few times now and I think it is a solid choice if you are looking for a decent and affordable pizza without the high end price. The pizza itself is consistently good but nothing too fancy. The flavours are decent, the crust is cooked well and there's a good variety of things to choose from the menu.

It is very reasonably priced compared to other pizza places in the area. If you are feeding a few people or on a budget, it is definitely a good option.

As for the dining space, there is a small seating area inside with just one table and some chairs if you want to eat in. The table is usually taken so it functions more like a takeaway spot most of the time. It is convenient for grabbing food on the go or for delivery.

Unfortunately, the customer service could be better. The staff are generally okay; they do what they need to do though nothing really stands out in terms of service however. With that being said, the owner is genuinely lovely and puts care into running the place.

Overall, it's not the type of place that's going to blow you away, but it's affordable which you can't really complain about. If you are in the area and want decent pizza without having to pay a fortune, Pizza Pronto is...

Order from here at your peril! We ordered via JustEat at 8.40pm and were told delivery would be at 9.30. At 9.40 we rang to be told the driver was on his way. We rang again at 10pm to be told the driver was ‘close’. After that when we tried to call, there was no reply. At 11pm and with nowhere else open, we walked the 15 mins to the place where they told us the driver had called to us- absolute rubbish because my son was waiting by the door - inside and outside - since 9.15pm. They then handed us the stone-cold pizza from earlier and expected us to take it! We paid full price for another pizza and they threw in the cold one- which went in the bin. There were 5 staff and no customers when we arrived there and I noticed that each time the phone rang, one of the staff disconnected the call!! Is this meant to be a commercial enterprise! Absolutely...

Really poor experience - I ordered directly on their website as they offer free delivery.

Shortly after, I got a phone call saying they didn't have a delivery driver that day and that I could either cancel the order and reorder through uber eats/deliveroo, or they could make the pizza and I would have to pick it up.

I asked them to cancel it but they apparently couldn't from their side as their manager wasn't in, and there was no way for me to cancel it from my end, so I didn't have much of an option - went to pick it up.

They didn't care at all about the inconvenience caused and they conveniently forgot the additional topping I had paid for on the pizza. And, had an upset stomach the day after eating.
