Fresh Pizza (West Kensington) — Restaurant in London

I placed an order at 11:30am and i recieved a call back from the restaurant half an hour later asking if my address is a flat or a hotel when it clearly states flat and the number beside it, so after clearing that up i then asked if my food has left the restuarant and they said becauase they wasn't sure if i lived in a flat or if it was a hotel they are just confirming my order now... not sure why it took them half an hour to call me to confirm this and im not sure why it matters where im residing in the first place, but when i raised this with just eat, they called me back letting me know that the restaurant said that because they've had a lot of "fake callers" making orders that was one of the reasons why they took long and the other reason is that they where too busy! Lol im sorry but that is just terrible business!! Why do customers have to suffer over somebody elses actions? Why am i being told that you are too busy to make food for customers? If thats the case then dont take half an hour to call them back if youre unable to make the deadline!! Never ordering...

Horrible disrespectful people. How dare you insult customers. I have never been treated with such disrespect from a place that offers service to a customer. My order came 1 hour late. And they called me from a landline a couple of times, 10 before that. I didn't pick up straight away because it seemed to be a scam number. But they insisted a few times so I picked up in case is news from them. The guy on the other end told me you are wasting my time, you are so irresponsible... To what I got mad, how dare you call me irresponsible and tell me I wasted your time when I have been standing next to my window for ages... Plus how do I not know that number was spam just send me a text like normal people do (they were still late when they got wherever they got).

He said I gave them the wrong address... It turned out it was the correct address but the guy had no idea of how to look up an address. It's not my fault that you are late and you don't know how to deliver... And stop insulting people only because you don't know how to...

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! If I could give no stars I would delivery was over an hour late then the driver told me to come down and get it myself as it wasn’t his problem to come and bring up the food and it was not even what I ordered and it was freezing cold and to make matters worse I found a hair they take no care or consideration into making it’s the food is practically raw didn’t even attempt to eat the wrong order they sent me as I feared it would make me ill £30 straight in the bin do you not believe the pictures they look nothing absolutely nothing like the pictures not even close they haven’t even attempted to spread out any of the vegetables or meat everything is in a pile on the pizza and for an hour lay on the livery you’d expect it to at least be half cooked if you want pictures feel free to look at anything inside...
