Pizza Village Kingsbury — Restaurant in London

Ordered 2 large pizzas for collection there were a few edits to the pizzas when ordering on the phone.

Drove 20 minutes to collect them - the toppings were correct on both pizzas but they were both deep pan which was wrong. I ordered them both to be thin based.

I told the lady at the desk and she said to wait for the manager. The manager came out and insisted that I did not tell him it was a thin base. He was rather hostile. He refused to make the pizzas again as originally asked as thin based and told me to get out.

Very rude individuals. My gf ordered from them a few weeks ago via deliveroo and phone and the order was also wrong - she called just to let them know and the same dude barked down the phone to her. She cannot eat chillis and they were all over the pizza, we had to throw it away.

If you were feeling Pizza Hut or Dominos think again. These guys delivered the finest fresh pizza with great toppings and the base was just perfect. Needless to say I will certainly be recommending this branch to my friends and family and the Pizza was just sublime.

I just want to also commend the service on the telephone when I chased up my order. They were accurate and clear about my delivery time when I called so absolutely nothing to worry about when it comes to service.

This branch should be commmended and Dominos and Pizza Hut need to take a good look at themselves and these guys to benchmark their quality.

Ordered a pizza it was delivered with all the toppings in one corner inedible. A pizza base with no toppings. I called to complain and was told it’s not their fault or responsibility. It was the driver who damaged the order and that I have to complain directly to UBER EATS who have not responded to the help section i have sent photos and emailed continually for 4 hours with no reply or refund . The whole system is ridiculous customer gets a pizza they cannot eat and pays £25.00 for it, whilst wasting an evening complaining to the delivery company...
