Puccino's — Restaurant in London

I have been buying coffee from Puccinos for a long time now and have always enjoyed the service from the regular baristas who work well together and are friendly, efficient and are great with customers, me included. That is until today when the kiosk was managed by 2 other young women, 1 of whom was lovely and the other 'Nat' was beyond obnoxious, aggressive, patronising and extremely rude and discourteous and this abuse unleashed onto me because I asked for another napkin! If this is the downfall of this business then a new management strategy should be put into play and then I'd suggest learning more about customer relationships. Although I have met the Manager a few times and he was very professional. The polar opposite of 'Nat's' vile behaviour....

Ordered a mocha frappe, but got given a normal mocha. When I told the employee, she said that I was in the wrong (although I’m a barista myself), even when MOCHA FRAPPE was in the menu right behind her, she said it didn’t exist. When I tasted the hot mocha, it was a hot chocolate. I went back to complain, and she gave me really bad attitude, and said that I was wrong, and pointed at a tub of coffee claiming that a frappe was a type of coffee granule. When I asked for a refund, she said she didn’t know how to refund it to a card, so she gave me cash instead. Will...

This coffee shop is a gem. Their coffee is amazing and finally, a place in the UK, where the coffee taste is similar to the Italian coffee. The shop has an amazing selection of food, cold & hot drinks, croissants and cookies. Their hot chocolate is something to die for and would highly recommend to try it!
