I was travelling to Romford while off the bus to make bus changes. My son said mummy I'm hungry by pointing at the shop which I entered and made an order which took nearly 15 minutes to be ready for a peri peri wings and one piece of chicken and chips. Food came I requested for ketchup and they said they're only allowed to give ketchup to the one piece of chicken and chips not the peri peir wings with chips. Strange! Went on my way open the meal and the portion of chips was unbelievable. My son's portion was even worst, he ate and ate mine too because it's obvious he wasn't full for nearly £8 spend on food. Ridiculous! On my return I came off went there to let them know what they did and this guy who served me said that's what our manager said we should be using for packaging chips. Oh maybe you're new in the country that's why you complain.. seriously! How rude. Even after I paid nearly £8 to get insulted, begged for ketchup, without paper napkin and also left hungry because my son ate both chips. AVOID THIS PLACE! MONEY NOT WORTH...

Tried to call the restaurant and no answer, food was shocking had large cod and chips which was luke warm, feel physically sick tbh and will never use them again, fish luke warm that is basics god knows how will feel tomorrow

Well I tried them again tonight and worse than normal, just eat and waited over hour and stated food left in 30, called and spoke to manager Steve who said the driver got lost and then fell off his bike, eventually 3 men in a car turned up when talking to manager who said no-one had fallen of bike or got lost, they gave me food and money in cash but utter liars and the manager was giving them a mouthful on the phone which they said to me he forgot the order hence late. I will never eat here again and fish again was cold and horrific on what I ate .

Would like to know if the manager is called Steve ad kept changing and started calling me Steve avoid this place like...
