Rooster's Grill — Restaurant in London

I have had a terrible experience with these guys, telling them one thing and receiving another. On three ocassions I made it clear to them that my burger for my child should not contain any sauce at all, as if I told them do the opposite. First time, I found out they had put sauce when I arrived home (20 min far), second time I opened the burger and found ketchup and mayonnaise in it and had to wait again for another burger. Today, after having made it clear to them that I do not want any sauce, they did the same thing. Their business is set to break people nerves. The manager said, you dont talk like that because we gave the money back. Total disgrace for this shop, I had to go in another shop to order the same meal and waste my time. Quite a surprise, finding this little gem amongst a parade of fairly nondescript takeaways. While it's decor is faded and well used the food is fresh, carefully prepared, plentiful, affordable and covers everyone. Omnivores, pescetarians, vegetarians, vegans, and gluten free can be happy with th menu. Ground beef burger tasted like GROUND and not homemade patties. Buns were soggy and burger patties slipped off the buns.
