Staff was racist and very rude just because I was Pakistani and the staff were Indian and had so much hatred for their neighbours. The food was absolutely shocking I found hair and a small finger nail in my biryani which I paid a quite a pretty price for. I also ordered a lassi and the milk was sour and tasted out of date. Also the rice pudding was lumpy and brown. All over they need to improve the quality of the food and respect their customers and also cook the food fresh using quality ingredients otherwise they are going to have a hard time keeping the restaurant open with these kind of attributes. We went in here for a late lunch and found it empty but for three people sitting around a table. We asked if we could have lunch and they seemed a little confused but sat us down. I love the beautiful decor and it has stairs up to a roof terrace. We had some vegetable sides and naan bread and popadums. The aubergines were perfectly cooked. We had our four year old with us. I came here with my dad on Christmas Eve, to discover the restaurant under new management. We've been coming to various reincarnations of the place for years and were really pleased with the new set up. I had lamb rogan josh, dad had a vindaloo, and we also ordered saag paneer and brinjal bhaji to share. Everything was delicious - even better than before! And the service was fantastic.
