As someone who has been in nearly every neighbourhood in Central and Greater London, I can declare without exaggeration that 11 Coffee & Co. Sheen is the very best coffee shop in all of London. The staff are outstandingly wonderful, personable and obliging, and the fresh home-made cakes are among the most delectable that I have tasted in my life. The vegan blueberry cream cake is my favourite, with its rich yet delicate filling and unusually enjoyable texture: wherever you live in London, it is more than worth travelling to East Sheen just to try this heavenly cake! I particularly wish to commend an amazing staff member named Amir, who always has a magnificently warm smile and makes every customer feel like a million dollars. 11 Coffee & Co. I was so looking forward to trying this coffee shop. The cakes looked amazing! I popped in today for a takeaway coffee and a cake. I was very disappointed with the service. The guy serving wasn't very friendly, I had to ask twice for the selection of cakes they had, he laughed at me when I asked - I don't think that was too much to ask considering the cakes did not have labels and as a customer I wanted to make sure I got something I liked- it wasn't a good experience.
