Royal Cafe — Restaurant in London

This cafe have become to expensive,,The 4 of us went for a full English breakfast tea and toast !!!! but ending up having eggs on toast as the prices have risen so much !!!! I understand everything is going up in price !!!!! and, also the cost of living is hitting everyone's pockets,,, I bet this cafe is not as busy as it used to be because of there prices!!!!! good service and good food !!!! but there now to expensive, so that's why I can only give them 2 stars!!!! me and my friends will not be going...

The chef was coughing while he made my sandwich and I asked him for another and they called me rude and asked me to never come again. Instead of saying he didn't cough on my sandwich he said that he couldn't control his cough and that he wasn't sick so it didn't matter. They gave me another sandwich in the end.
