Sam's Colindale — Restaurant in London

Very disappointing the service, the lady there is really rude her service wasn’t good at all.

I ordered the loaded fries without the coleslaw and without the onions all i asked for it was extra sauce on the fries otherwise they will be really dry with only the chicken. After me asking for that, she gave me the order with a minimum sauce and when i went back to ask if I could have a-bit more of sauce very rude she answered we don’t have, and I answered very politely that I wanted the same sauce you have put in here then she said no its 60p i then answered that it was okey i was willing to pay for it, so then very rude again she went and gave me a little sauce pot.

But her attitude was just unbelievable,from when we entered the store until we left.

Even though she was rude all time i was still smiling all time at her to see if her attitude would change but I haven’t seen a smile or any service from her side.

Just a feedback at the end of the day but I definitely wouldn’t...

Food was just ok and edible this time. The man behind the counter that wears the glasses is not very nice. I do not like to complain but my last visit I purchased chips that must have been refried and were very hard and crispy I informed him of this and he ignored me, offered no replacement not even an apology which I would have been fine with as accidents do happen. I have been here several times and this worker is not ever welcoming he does not smile at all and was on his personal mobile listening to something very loud and holding it to his ear on one occasion. I have ordered online and everything was fine. Its hit and miss with this place but you are better off going to a different Sam's. I bought 12 hot wing's and burger meal, in the SAM'S Chicken Collindale branch. I Disappointed with food and the service.
