What we just ate (after ordering from UberEats) was old and cheap sushi!!! The sashimi pieces and the fish on the nigiri were the thinnest I have ever seen (almost see through haha) There were uncleaned shells on the shrimp nigiri and the worst of all was that the tuna in one of the boxes (nigiri and futomaki) was spoiled and smelled and tasted horribly. We didn’t dare eat these as we worried we might get sick after... Ginger was also dry as if these boxes were prepared a week ago... Read moreTwice in a row I was given fish eggs rather then seasme seed, explained to the them I cannot have fish eggs and specifically explained that in the notes and said seasme seed only, my notes were ignored, they said it was an uber eats problem and that I should have called them to say about an allergy issue when clearly they have a box to tick seasme seed. When i asked for a replacement they refused. Very poor service. This is the second time i cannot eat my food. I work for the NHS and its hard enough right now without food places being difficult for no reason. She wouldn't even let me put in an complaint....

Had the chicken ramen, the special box and veggie gyoza's. the chicken was frozen dry and then microwaved before dumped into a lukewarm tasteless ramen. Likewise, the sushi had no flavour, very dry and the rice seemed like it was made the day before if not the week before. the vegatable gyoza's were about the only thing that was eatable.
