A real shame.

I have been coming here regularly since you opened a few years ago and often have chosen to work from this local cafe in the week, with friendly faces, management and good food and juice.

What a difference rude staff members make. Today I was forced to work from a small, lightless room because of a supposed change in laptop policy when there was literally no one else in the cafe... then when I left people with laptops were working in the main section. Quite appalled at the double standard, particularly for a regular visitor. No apology or anything when I highlighted the discrepancy.

It's a real shame that your local regular customers can be treated like this. I appreciate if you have a change in policy and respectively moved, but then to not apply it on a fair,...

I recently visited for the first time, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! I ordered a matcha latte and a cinnamon pretzel, and I was thrilled when the staff offered to warm up the pretzel for me.

The matcha latte was perfection in a cup – creamy, smooth, and just the right balance of earthy and sweet. It’s clear they use high-quality matcha and take great care in preparing it. As for the cinnamon pretzel, warming it up was a game-changer. It was soft, flavorful, and the perfect companion to my latte.

The ambiance of the cafe is cozy and welcoming, with friendly staff who make you feel right at home. This was my first visit, but it certainly won’t be my last. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to relax and enjoy...

Came here first time, after reading so many positive reviews. Really disappointed. Maybe I came on the wrong day. Chap that served me was pleasant enough. Chap that bought over the coffee, I asked him for the wifi password twice he grunted, pointed to the wall that had the wifi name but no password, I did not have the heart to ask a third time. The latte is in all honesty the worst I've had in all kensington in tastes like warm milk. The cinnamon roll is pretty stale....yikes. £7.80 well and truly wasted. I'm making a hasty exit. Wont be back!
