Dear all,
I hope everyone is well.
I bought a coconut latte, with cinnamon and some honey today.
The coffee was nice, however, I don't feel £4.28 is a fair price. I still paid it as I try to support small buisnessses and help staff stay in employment.
Whilst waiting in the que the first lady (white race) making coffee had no smile and came across aggressive, the other slim girl staff (white race) started interacting with a white male and started to serve him instead of recognising another customer in line first, she made no effort to look around demonstrating poor customer service skills.
This is bad for buisness, so I raised this by making her aware, by stating to the effect " what is it white first and brown secound". Then she apologised and served me, therefore I think she got the message and understood, nevertheless,
On a postive she did smile but her attitude was still bad, and she should check for people waiting first in line, this attitude and standard is bad representation for our British people.
Her colleague did not alert her also, shows lack of team work.
My opinion is this was because of there jealousely over the brown race, and is another example of racism on top of the 100's I already have pending.
The white racism sickness is spreading and it's taking the country UK with it, considering the country kicked the oligarchs, uk has lost trust in the international world and that trust will be hard to rebuild.
I also understand the workers are working hard, paying taxes and paying high inflation and I understand they working like slaves mostly, but it's not appropriate to take frustration out on customers, if coercive ways.
This demonstrates the staff are confused, sad, or frustrated because the government is just taking advantage of them, and as a result they spreading the white racism sickness further, Instead of curbing it and eradicating it.
I hope they get better soon, wish them well, and hope there employers provide therapy for there feelings if they choose to opt for it
Kind...

Finding great coffee near a major venue can be hit or miss, but Black Sheep Coffee nails it. Just a stone's throw from both Wembley Park Station (1 minute) and the iconic stadium (2 minutes), this is hands-down the best place to fuel up before an event or unwind afterwards.
Why It Stands Out ā” Prime Location ā Impossible to beat for convenience. Whether you're heading to a concert, match, or just exploring, you'll appreciate how it's perfectly positioned between transport and the stadium.
š„ Next-Level Coffee ā Their signature blends (like the velvety Black Sheep roast) put chain coffee shops to shame. The flat white is consistently excellent, and their seasonal specials are always worth trying.
š§ Waffle Heavenā The real game changer. These aren't your average waffles ā they're crisp on the outside, fluffy inside, and come with toppings that feel gourmet (the Biscoff one is legendary). Paired with a cold brew? Perfection.
The Vibe: Modern but welcoming, with a mix of locals grabbing their daily fix and fans buzzing with pre-event energy. Even when busy, the staff keep things moving smoothly. Special thanks to the guys who always help me out with outstanding customer service āDaniyalā and āHardikā. Everytime I walk in they greet with a smile and know that what I want so all appreciation to them too.
Small Drawbacks: ⢠Gets packed around event times (go early if you want a seat) ⢠Slightly pricier than your average coffee shop (but you're paying for quality)
Final Thoughts: For a pre-game coffee, post-concert sugar hit, or just a reliable great cup near Wembley, this spot delivers. 4.6/5 ā loses half a star only because I wish they had more space!
Insider Move: Their iced oat latte + a cinnamon waffle is the ultimate combo when you're rushing to a show.
Genuine review ā I'd go here even if I wasn't...

I recently visited Black Sheep Cafe, hoping for a pleasant experience like I had the previous day. Unfortunately, this time around, I encountered rude and unhelpful staff members that left a sour taste in my mouth.
Upon ordering a coffee and requesting a ceramic mug so that I could enjoy it with a cookie I had brought, I was shocked when the staff member informed me that they were short on crockery. I found this explanation to be rather foolish and unprofessional. After all, what kind of cafƩ runs out of basic supplies like mugs?
To make matters worse, the cookie I ordered was a disappointment. It was dry and far from the fresh and delicious treat I had enjoyed just a day prior. I specifically came to Black Sheep Cafe craving that same delightful experience, but instead, I was served a sad and pathetic excuse for a cookie.
The contrast between my previous visit, where the service was exceptional and the staff were polite, and this visit, where the staff were rude and the food quality had significantly declined, was truly disheartening.
I hope Black Sheep Cafe takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure consistent customer satisfaction. Sadly, based on my recent experience, I cannot recommend this establishment to others who are seeking a pleasant...
