Absolutely shocking behaviour! Unbelievably bad customer service. Spoke to 3 members of staff in the space of 2 minutes including a manager and he was shouting! Such a simple query. Trying to order on uber. No dips. Guys answer was that's how it is. Really! Then I suggested that I will pay for them separately by cash. Guy didn't seem to understand. Then passed to a manager apparently. Had to repeat myself. Manager not understanding either. I was talking nicely and politely and this guys went mental and hung up the phone! Shocking. Was about to place an order for £30 and now will never order from here again. Awful first impression. Have little faith in any customer experience from this establishment. Order at own risk. Shame as I may be missing out on some good food but will never know. Clearly these guys must be overwhelmed with business to treat new customers like...
