After waiting what felt like a lifetime, I finally got my caramel macchiato – or so I thought. First, it arrived caramel-less. When I politely pointed that out, I was treated to a sigh and an eye roll before getting it “fixed.” Second attempt: no milk foam. Seriously? I had to step in twice just to get what I ordered, and by the time they got it right, I was ready to start foaming at the mouth myself.

I ordered 3 drinks, 2 the same all with non-dairy milk due to intolerance, the lady taking the order put through four, I corrected the order after she recapped again pointing out that there should only be 3 and 2 were the same. She "corrected" the order i paid and they made 3 different drinks (to be fair they got 2 correct) the third whilst being wrong was also made with semi skimmed. After explaining to the lady that made the drink, she went to the one who placed the order, who became irate at being informed of the error was adamant we were wrong. I'm a grown ass woman, who is very aware of what my family can and can't tolerate food wise and in my many years of visiting Starbucks and other coffee shops never order normal milk, she even threw the incorrect drink into the sink, then said she would make the drink again if that's what I wanted, as if I would trust a drink made by her after that display. From the moment I approached the counter, she greeted me with a warm smile and a positive attitude, which instantly brightened my day. She was attentive and patient as I took a little longer than usual to decide on my order, offering helpful suggestions without being pushy.
Preeti’s efficiency in preparing my drink was impressive, and it was made exactly how I wanted. She also took the time to ask if there was anything else I needed, which made me feel valued as a customer. Her friendly demeanor and excellent customer service really stood out, and I could tell she genuinely enjoys her work.
