DISGUSTING service from the so-called manager of this establishment. I ordered about £38 worth of food, including an aperol spritz (about £14). The food was fine, but after taking a sip of the drink, I just did not like it. I asked the server if I could simply switch it out for another, a vodka club (which is much less than the spritz, but I did not mind the difference in price). She was understanding and explained to me that she would have to ask the manager (older, bald Caucasian man by the name of Kiaran I believe). I watched as she went over to him and inquired about my request. He looked over at me and his disposition and body language was already negative and uninviting. He came over, I greeted him and started to explain that I would just like to switch my drink before he cut me off and proceeded to tell me I would have to "buy another drink" since I am "complaining" about it. My exact response was, "So I am stuck with a drink I do not like?" And then he smugly snipped back, "You ordered it, I didn't." At that point I waved him off and told him to go away (so I can finish my food and leave in peace). After telling me I did not need to "be rude" about it [the IRONY] I started to express that I have never been in an establishment [in any part of the world] where I was obligated to eat the cost of something I would not consume...but of course he cut me off again, said he "was done talking" to me and stormed off (causing a little scene). Never again. If I could give this place 0 stars, for this encounter alone, I would. His nasty behavior ruined it for the other servers who were friendly and accomodating.
I typed this review before just asking for a to-go box. You can see the drink still sitting there,...

Read moreWe sat on table 523 and ordered Eggs Benedict, a large breakfast, cup of latte from the machine and a bottle of water. The drinks arrived at the same time but by the time the server arrived to serve our food, she only got my eggs benedict on her hand. So I waited for the full breakfast and didn't start eating mine because I am waiting for my partner's breakfast so we could eat together. Whilst waiting my partner went to get his coffee from the machine and came back and told me that the machine only filled half of his cup. I advised him to come back again when he finished because the coffee is free refills. He said that the queue is long and it will take time for him to come back again but then the server came with two plates on her hand which is another eggs benedict and the delayed full breakfast. I asked if I could have the fresh eggs benedict on her hand because mine gone cold and been served first as I waited for my partner's breakfast to arrived but she did not agree on my request. She also did not put a cutlery for my partner and he need to stand up to ask for it. My partner said she is rude as she was very defensive and told him that she gave it but she can not even remember that she was holding two plates when she serve it. Then as we were eating, the same server served another eggs benedict to the person who is sat near us. I guess she mistakenly serve that person's eggs benedict on my table instead of that lady sat near to our table. By the way, the food pass is on the opposite side of the restaurant and the staff need to walk across to served the food on your table. They should use a closh and cover the food, if they walk along people who walk pass...
