A wonderful experience. My last visit at a Wagamama restaurant must have been 4 years ago and was not that special, but now I am really positively surprised. Fast placement, well organized and friendly staff, extensive amount of vegan options, detailed information on the menu make chosing easy (such as source for fiber, source of protein, calory amount, vegan/non vegan) and... The food itself was amazing! Great place to feed your non vegan friends the vegan food and show them how awesome vegan meals can be. My friend in fact was so delighted by the sticky vegan 'ribs' he could not eat it without producing noticable sounds and facial expressions of pure enjoyment :-) A dash of improvement is possible in bringing both our main courses within a few minutes of eachother. We now waited quite a bit until we asked where the second meal was and received the meal quickly then. Wasnt really bothering me, since i have enough time before my flight. Besides that, really good value for money and you can also pay directly online via a QR code if you wish to swiftly eat and skip the traditional paying process. Very likely i will come back again the next time im at the airport!

Food: 5/10 I ordered prawn yaki soba. The ration of everything in it was off. Too much vegetables and very less noodles. The prawns were very hard compared to everything else in the plate. **it made me sick afterwards**. Chilli squid was very nice. I would recommend it. Service: 7/10 Was greeted straight away when I joined the queue and was handed the menu and then we had to wait for the table to get free to be seated which took a while. Once we paid our server stood and looked if we tip him or not. It was very awkward Sitting: 3/10 If you’re prepared to share your table with strangers then go here otherwise I would not recommend it. Sitting area is very small so you end up sitting on the same table as other people. Pricing: 3/10 It is very expense. Yaki soba was around £17 and chilli squid was around £10 Protein size: not sure Didn’t eat much as the taste was really bad so I’m not sure if it fills you up or not. Overall, it was a very bad experience and would not recommend it to others. Pls let me know if you would like to me try any other places 😁

I stopped by for a quick breakfast before my flight and ordered the full English breakfast. I had high expectations, but it turned out to be pretty basic. The menu mentioned teriyaki mushrooms, but they didn’t taste like teriyaki at all. Some parts of the meal were decent, like the eggs and sausage, but the bacon was inconsistent—some pieces were overcooked while others were fine. Also, the beans were served in a tiny pot, the same size as the sauce containers—seriously? I was given one sauce option but had to pay £1 for an extra, which is ridiculous considering ketchup and brown sauce usually come standard with a breakfast. At £16.20, this meal was far from worth it—maybe £10.20 at best. Wagamama should stick to what they do best and leave breakfast alone, or at least do better. Muhammad’s service was great! I wouldn’t recommend Wagamama for breakfast—there are better options in the terminal.

This is one of the few sit-down restaurants in Terminal 3 at LHR. We had lots of time before our flight and decided to check it out. You sit at communal tables without backs (which isn't the most comfy), but the menu is extensive and healthy.

We ordered teriyaki noodles and yakisoba noodles with shrimp, and both were good. They were very mildly spiced, though, and we both needed the seasoning spice that was on the table. I guess I was expecting more authentic and bold flavors, but this is very, very mild (perfect for fussy eaters and kids).

PROS:

free hot green tea scan a QR code to pay so no need to wait around for a slow server plenty of healthy, vegetarian, and vegan food options good cocktail menu for a pre-flight tipple chopsticks, forks, and sauces on every table

CONS:

service is mostly nonexistent; a server will take your order and deliver your food, but you won't see them again after that. the kitchen is slow, so allow around 30 minutes to get your food (a real problem if you're in a rush to catch a flight) uncomfortable picnic style, communal seating

I would probably eat here again the next time I'm flying out of Heathrow, especially because there aren't many other sit down options...

I understand that eating at a restaurant before a flight can’t exactly be a relaxing dining experience, it hardly is (for myself) when you have a toddler.

My partner had sat with our son waiting to be served for 8-10 mins before I arrived, having my bags checked. As our gate opening times rapidly approached and no staff at hand, so we opted for a takeaway for our son instead. we would chance the airlines food since it was paid for.

I was informed that it was going to be about 15/20mins for his dinner to be ready. As the queue grew, I believe we were forgotten about as the staff seemed rushed off their feet.

When the queue had dispersed, I could see staff talking amongst themselves and our takeaway sitting on the side. I have absolutely no idea how long it was there for but i had to approach the table where this was sitting to then ask If this is ours and if we can go.

I only gave the additional 2 stars for the food which was devoured by my son, and was just as tasty as he likes it and warm. but the 1 star was a generous enough especially since they left us sitting on the side waiting,...
