I go to pret almost everyday and I have to say this morning was terrible. First of all, I ordered and I was waiting to pay because I scanned my description and the payment didn’t change so I told the guy 2 times and he kept telling me, you have to pay people are waiting behind you. So I paid told him again, I don’t think my description scan went through and then he told me he didn’t understood me and now it is too late because I already paid. A shame!
In the plane I opened the pret bag and my order was wrong. I clearly told him I wanted a cherry croissant, he even repeated it and he gave a cookie. And I paid for a cherry croissant.

They use lots of recyclable plastic for their cutlery and card for their drinks, yet they don’t provide any recycling facilities. They basically treat the UK like a giant landfill site and pass on the cost of their pollution onto British people. They need to use reusable cutlery and cups and wash them.
Pret also doesn’t label its food with allergens and in 2016 the Heathrow Terminal 5 branch of Pret has caused the death of a teenager allergic to sesame by not labelling its food with common allergens.

Read moreThe worst customer experience I have ever had. The lady who served me was 2nd from the end on the counter and wearing a “baby on board” badge. I asked for 2 skinny lattes and 2 pastel de natas. She repeated the order to me and I again repeated it to her. I was given 2 flat whites. When I said that I had ordered 2 lattes, she got nasty and started to argue. She said that she had repeated my order to me and I had asked for flat whites. I have never drank a flat white in my life.
