I am a huge Starbucks lover and have visited many stores across the United Kingdom. However the staff at this particular branch make this branch feel like home. I am always greeted with a smile, pleasant conversation and the best BEST customer Service. Mila, Fred and the store manager himself make every effort to make the time I spend in store as amazing as possible. I make it my mission to visit the store every day as it makes my day so much better being greeted with smiles and warm conversation. They go out of there way to make everyone feel so welcomed and this does not happen in all your stores. I cannot remember all the names of everyone but they are all wonderful people who make you want to come back every time. The have amazing team work and look like they thoroughly love being in store. You never feel unwelcome and even on the coldest rainiest day they all look like they are having an amazing time which transfers to the customers. Secondly when drinks were made no one called us so the drinks were sitting there for a while before we collected, so the cream had sunken.
