Kafe 23 — Restaurant in London

I've been coming to Kafe 23 for nearly 3 years now, always having been delighted with the staff and the taste of their coffee. Unfortunately, over the past few months the staff had started to change over and the experience was far from acceptable. I have been served coffee with bad milk on two occasions and the coffee itself tasted bad or burned now. It's a shame it's gone downhill like this - particularly for the price you pay for bad coffee. The best coffee on Chiswick Park by quite some margin! The prettiest lattes which I usually feel quite sad to cover with a lid. The coffee is always excellent and has so much flavour without the bitterness which I find tends to linger from the coffee purchased from the larger chains.
