I ordered a venti size Pike place hot cup of coffee. The barista was friendly and helpful but it did not come with a sleeve. I also noticed none of the other customers had sleeve for their coffee cups. After I added some sugar and milk, I realized the cup without a sleeve was too hot. So I asked a barista (a white lady) if I can have a double cup. She stared at me and then stated coldly, "you will have to pay for it!"
