Totally waste of time, not professionals at all , cant say much about the food as we were not served but service was more than poor , we went there just for tea and orderd kashmiri / pink tea and then waited and waited and waited (about 25 to 30 minutes) , during that time whenever we asked why its taking that long and every time they replied "2 minutes please" after about 30 minutes we had enough of that and asked for refund as we were not served and then the man at the till told us again to wait "2 minutes plz" as we dont have what you orderd so we sent someone out to buy it 😡🤬😡 ... tha worst thing is that man told us that "you guys can make mistakes too" ... seriously WTH ... you cannot justify your doings but telling others that. After that we went to the other tea shop (will not mention the name as these ppl will say that its not genuin review and also i am not promoting anyone here) and there we were served within 2...
