T4 Lewisham — Restaurant in London

I ordered a QQ with extra tapioca, no ice , 100 sugar. I wanted to compare this branch with other T4 branches. Unfortunately I have to say this is the worst one branch I've been too. QQ usually comes with coffee jelly, for my QQ, they substituted crystal bubbles for the coffee jelly so it didn't really taste like a QQ. Even though I asked for 100% sugar, it taste very bland like there was no sugar.

The shop itself has no where to sit and wait while the drink was being made.

The ppl there looked like they didn't want to be there. There was no atmosphere in this branch at all.

The only thing going to this branch was that the service was quick. But maybe that was because there were no customers and they didn't make my drink properly. Don't think I'll be returning to this branch any time soon. Will probably stick to their competition a couple...

I recently visited T4 Bubble Tea and had one of the best matcha tea drinks I’ve ever tasted! From the moment I walked in, the friendly atmosphere and cozy decor made me feel welcome. The staff was warm and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed.

As for the drink, the matcha was perfectly balanced—not too sweet, with just the right touch of creamy richness. The earthy flavor of the matcha shone through beautifully, and the tapioca pearls were fresh and delightfully chewy. It’s clear they use high-quality ingredients and put care into every cup.

The worst bubble tea I’ve ever had, and I have had soooo many bubble teas in my life! I ordered a taro milk tea 50% sugar, but it didn’t taste like anything but milk, it wasn’t sweet at all or have any taro taste (plus it was beige, no purple colour at all), plus the pearls were very average, a good chewiness but didn’t taste like anything. It also seemed to have powdery bits in it, despite me shaking it up well.

My partner got a pearl milk tea 100% sugar and said it didn’t taste like anything much, no sweetness at all, tea itself was weak (and over-steeped) and the pearls were bland, super flavourless and way too chewy.
