Tennessee Fried Chicken — Restaurant in London

If i can give this place a zero rating, then i would. I walked in here the other day with my colleague and ordered two wing meals. The wings were undercooked and the chicken was still pink. When i complained politely, i was met with a very bad response telling me that my food is absolutely fine. I then said ok went to sit down as there were 4 members of their staff meeting me aggressively. Then, i think the manager, talked to me in a seated position from behind the counter saying he can recook my food. I told him fine. My chips were taken away from me and i was given six overcooked wings on the outside, which were still pink inside. The food here is disgusting, don’t waste your time or money. The staff are pure rude, aggressive and arrogant. No customer skills whatsoever. STAY AWAY.

I need to also make it clear that I WILL be reporting this establishment to the Council. I really wonder what they have to say to Harringay Council when their inspectors walk through the doors. You messed with the wrong guy, my motto is; treat everyone...

I grew up eating here from my preteens to early twenties. With change of management throughout the years the service and quality has declined immensely whilst the prices have risen (across the road u can get meal deals for relatively cheaper, plus peri peri powder on your chips 😊).

The staff are usually friendly but I once had an unfortunate incident with staff once when the price advertised outside on the side of the shop was different to the price that I was being told to pay. When I brought it to their attention that the price listed outside was less, staff argued with me to try and justify why I should pay the higher price. This incident along with the decline in service and quality has left me unwilling to ever eat here or even want to give...

I have been ordered from the shop for many years. Today, I am really disappointed. I changed my mind of the Order. There was 2 pounds something change left if I change to something else. The staff suggested me to put more chip on my meal deal. But I do not want it. I asked Can I have my 2 pounds back? The young staff started to become upset. However I decided to change to chicken wrap which I can pay more for it. He still speak really fast and show his impatience. I am not happy about it. I asked nicely and it is not busy during the time.
