Thai Rice Maida Vale — Restaurant in London

Few weeks back, I went there to pick up my food and then just after that I got notification from NHS app says that I need to self-isolate myself because of this contact I did in the restaurant. -How can I be sure? I had been staying in home for last 6 days at that time,I even did not go to front of my building. And the day, I went to the restaurant to pick up my food, street was absolutely empty, so I even did not passed someone around. And most importantly, the date/time the app showed was exactly the time I was in the restaurant! Plus, the lady who gave me my food was not wearing mask! But, I was wearing mask and luckily I did not get sick. Bad to Worse.

I ordered from Thai Rice 45 minutes ago via their own website and I just gave them a call to follow up as I live very near.

So apparently they didn't receive the order. After spending 5 minutes on the phone 'trying to track it down' by asking me for all the details and my address, the girl on the phone basically asked 'Do you still want your order?"... Not an apology, not a concession.

I've been visiting them since they opened in 2014 (very good then) and they're rubbish now. An order previously had to be binned because the chicken tasted like rubber. The service has gone from decent to dreadful.

HOPELESS!!!! At 8pm this evening I placed an order via their website. By 9pm it still had not arrived, so I telephoned the restaurant. The team member I spoke to said that my order was on its way. I live very closely. By 9.15pm it had still not arrived so I phoned back. The same person answered. After some discussion she realised the order she referred to during our previous discussion was not my order, but someone else's. She then suddenly discovered my order, not realising it had event been placed via the website until that point. She then offered to make it and said it would arrive within a further 40 minutes. As I was unable to wait until 9.55pm for an order placed at 8pm I reluctantly cancelled....
