I like how u have responded on here and its been 4 weeks since my email and you have ignored it !!! This is too look like you have resolved this on Google only! I'm writing this review on behalf of my table. By the looks of the past reviews they only respond to 4 * and 5* reviews nothing under, so just goes to show!!! I have done 116 reviews and I can count on one hand the number of bad ones I have left! We visited on Wednesday 3:30pm for my birthday, only 3 tables occupied when we arrived. We saw the sign for 2 for £15 cocktails as we walked in. We asked our waiter if the offer was on he checked the board and said yes, so we ordered food and a cocktail each. 5 minutes later another waiter comes back and said that this was a mistake and only applied to Monday and Tuesdays, and they where not able to honour the deal. Now we had asked and had it confirmed, least they could do was honour it on the drink order only! My table didn't want to make a fuss as it was my birthday, the drinks came and we where told they didn't have straws but they offered spoons instead for the cocktails, which is nothing like a straw or any use. We'll when the food came I couldn't wait to tuck in and I have never been more disappointed, my fishpie was just watery sauce with a tiny layer of mash that haven't melted into the sauce. We also had two butter milk burgers and one was pink and undercooked again my friend didn't say anything as to not ruin my day but we weren't even asked how our meal was. We paid and left before I found out about the pink burger. Needless to say we won't be returning but it ruined my night knowing that nothing was said because of the occasion and they had to pay for a meal that no one one was happy with. I very disappointing experience with staff that dont care chefs that can't cook. Such a shame as the place looked beautiful which was the reason we choose it.

Most of the food was amazing (especially the fish and chips with exceptional tartare sauce) however the chicken burger was inedible and tasted weird - I believe it was old/off chicken and the restaurant took it off our bill. The nonalcoholic mocktails were not great - the elderflower one had an overpowering cucumber taste and the mojito was not sweet enough. The service was very slow, especially in the beginning and at first we were turned away at the door because apparently the wait was a few hours but 10 mins later a table was found. I do believe they need to hire more staff as the waitress outside was unfortunately all alone. The staff were lovely though and very attentive once they actually started serving us. The location and atmosphere was amazing and beautiful though - right next to the river. All in all a mixed experience.

**5 Star Review: Exceptional Dining Experience at Blue Boat** We had the pleasure of dining at Blue Boat in Fulham Reach, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, with our drinks, starter, and dinner exceeding all expectations. The highlight of our evening, however, was Teresa, the young lady who served our table. Despite the busy atmosphere and staff shortages, Teresa managed everything beautifully and professionally. Her wonderful customer service, excellent communication skills, and impressive time management made our evening truly memorable. Teresa's dedication and efficiency are exceptional, and she undoubtedly deserves to be a manager. Thank you to everyone at Blue Boat, and a special thanks to Teresa for making our evening wonderful. We'll definitely be back!

I visited The Blue Boat pub for the first time on a lovely Spring evening. It is situated in a beautiful location, just by the pretty River side at Hammersmith.

There is outdoor seating to enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful views of the river, as gorgeous swans and small sailing craft drift past.

I was in for a treat because they had a live musician performing throughout the evening by the name of Live Yusuf.

Yusuf played a fantastic range of upbeat songs, from the 80s, 90s, all the way through to current contemporary hits.

I've listened to many live music performances in pubs, but Yusuf has a very special talent!

He has such a great voice, and plays the guitar phenomenally!!! He is also a great live performer.

Yusuf had the whole pub up on their feet, dancing away, on a lovely late Spring evening. Including a sweet elderly Grandmother and her husband, who had come over to celebrate the husband's birthday. A lovely congregation of church goers arrived later, who had been attending a local evening church service, and very soon they took were also dancing away, as soon as they heard the amazing Yusuf strumming away on his guitar, and singing cool anthems with such energy, enthusiasm and style, into the late evening. It was such a great atmosphere, hearing Yusuf perform so many of my favourite songs, with the whole pub dancing together in harmony, and everyone was having a fantastic time! We didn't want the night to end!

Thank you, superstar Yusuf, for making it a very memorable night with your awesome musical talents!

I really hope that the management will ask Yusuf to return to their establishment, especially with a lovely summer coming up.

Can life get any better than sitting by the river at the fabbie “Blue Boat” pub, taking in the sunshine, and listening to the masterful voice and amazing live...

Being vegan, it helps to do a bit of research before going out for dinner. As part of a 20% off food in January promotion (Fuller's Kitchen) on The Blue Boat's website, we saw 4 new vegan/vegetarian dishes, including a vegan chilli which was the reason why we went here. Sadly, I was informed that this wasn't available - no further explanation offered, the waitress seemed very confused about this query as well. I then asked about the other 3 dishes and was told that it was only 1 of them they could offer, a salad. That is disappointing, when you're hoping for a more hearty meal that you can see advertised on their website. I ordered the salad (sweet potato/chickpea/quinoa). However, when I had a bite there was no flavour at all. Quinoa had not been boiled in salted water, sweet potato had not been seasoned whatsoever, chickpeas were completely bland. After 2 bites and several grounds of salt and pepper I asked to get the dressing as well, which I realised was missing - my plate was handed to the kitchen and came back with literally 5 tiny drops of the tahini dressing. And that didn't even have any flavour or seasoning either. No apology provided at all, even though my dish had come out with 1 out of 5 simple ingredients missing.

It's exciting to see something else and more filling than the same old quinoa salad that every pub serves. But it was easy for me to see that the vegan food or the preparation of all of the items in my dish were not cared for at all, and left me having to prepare half the dish myself as everything was already pre-cooked and cold anyway. Incredibly disappointing, especially when you advertise 4 different vegan options to choose from on your website, but manage to leave the 1 vegan guest of the night feeling neglected and...
