Stepping into THE BURGER FIRM is like being welcomed into a friend’s cozy home, where warmth and delicious scents greet you at the door. This place isn't just about serving food; it's about serving the community with a smile and a genuine spirit of generosity that is palpable from the moment you walk in. MURTAZA IS HONESTLY THE FACE OF THIS PLACE. HE IS SO PASSIONATE ABOUT WHAT HE DOES ❤️
Murtaza - The owner, always kind and ever-present, works tirelessly to ensure every guest feels special. His dedication to both the craft of burger-making and the happiness of his patrons shines through in every interaction. It's not just the friendly atmosphere that draws people in, but the mouth-watering burgers crafted with passion and precision. Each burger is a masterpiece of juicy, perfectly cooked meat, fresh, crisp vegetables, and a bun that's just the right amount of fluffy and firm!!!
But what truly sets this place apart is the owner's commitment to giving back. His tireless work ethic is matched only by his generosity, as he often hosts community events and finds ways to contribute positively to the local area.
In a world where chain restaurants dominate, THE BURGER FIRM stands out as a beacon of community spirit and culinary delight. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, make sure to stop by for a burger—it’s not just a meal; it’s an experience that fills more than just your stomach.

Read moreI recently visited The Burger Firm and ordered The Good Burger. While it was edible, it was not particularly enjoyable. The beef patty had burnt edges, which gave it a bitter aftertaste and made the overall texture unpleasant. For £9.95, I expected a well-cooked, flavourful burger, but it fell short. The price was even harder to justify considering that it was just the burger—no chips, no drink, nothing on the side. Many other burger restaurants offer a full meal, including chips and a drink, for under £10. Here, they charge nearly that much for only a burger, which feels unreasonable.
I also tried the Oreo milkshake, which was another letdown. The milkshake itself had a decent base flavour, but the Oreo pieces were not blended properly. Large chunks remained, making it difficult to drink smoothly. Instead of a creamy, well-mixed shake, I kept getting bits of Oreo that disrupted the texture. A properly blended milkshake should be smooth while still having small, evenly distributed cookie crumbs, but this one was poorly prepared.
Overall, the food did not live up to the high price. The burger was average at best, with burnt edges that made it less enjoyable, and the milkshake was poorly blended. Given the many other places that offer better quality and value, I would not return to The...
